  1. The "Keepers of the Earth" are doing just that..... I have nothing more to say other than the OP spelled Nipissing wrong.
  2. Glow in the dark pink and white, but that wasn't a choice.
  3. This is an old one, but it still works well and gets me across the frozen lake without a problem. Just can't be in a hurry. It will go through some slush, just don't stop in it.
  4. I bet you fellows had a lot of fun despite the weather. Glad you caught a few!
  5. This had to hurt. http://www.prochan.com/view?p=003_1354378428
  6. We sell a lot of licensed vehicles out of province. We can get it registered in the province of choice. It may be worth the phone call to verify that has been done for you.
  7. Great report and a fun thread. If Gerritt isn't knocking the fish off with the net, he's throwing them overboard...
  8. Ernie is right on. That 1200 4 stroke has been a terrific engine. I was doubtful of it when I first seen them in the sleds, but even the serious trail guys are using them now. If they come into the shop at all, it's usually for maintainence or chassis work, not the engine itself.
  9. Jig and worms.
  10. Great looking ride Lew. Love the interior and the colour! Congratulations on a great new truck.
  11. Had a lot of fun with several OFC folks. Can't say I caught any wood however. This was several years ago. Haven't heard from this fellow for a while, but whatever he's doing, he's having fun. Look here, Joe with a fish! And CCMT got one in the winter! Gerritt up after a nap. Fishnsled.... Spiel & Joe couple weeks ago. There have been a couple others as well, but can't find the pics.
  12. Now if I could just grow bacon I'd be all set.
  13. It's too bad. We sold a lot of them. Very popular around here. But underwater? Hardly.
  14. Looks like a great time Will. Nice fish!
  15. Will didn't drink enough. That's actually a sunrise. Something many of us don't see on these weekends.
  16. You would be welcome anytime Joe!
  17. Hi Gerritt. Sorry you did not make it up. February will be here soon enough. Can't say I am looking forward to the long winter, but the weekends you fellows come up do make them seem a little shorter.
  18. A walleye without gills....
  19. Yes, I'm all for 3 day weekends every weekend. Had a blast as we always seem to do regardless of weather. Yes, we have proof! I count 6 pickereyes plus a perch Joe. Once the water that accumulated in my fryer was boiled out the fries turned out really good. Not sure that they will ever be duplicated. Once again, we had the Sunday afternoon session before the trip home. Great weekend guys, looking forward to February! Thanks for posting the thread Joe
  20. Get out of the house, drive to your local arena and watch the kids play hockey. Much better entertainment value than watching overpaid NHL players anyway.
  21. Ctered, thank you kindly for your time looking this up and posting. This is indeed the map that I want on mine. Commanda Island on the lower left is the one missing on mine, as well as a lot of detail in other areas.
  22. Thank you for the help fellows. I have level of detail set to high. My chip is a few years old but have seen the latest on other machines and is still the same. I want to put the same chart on mine as I have on the Garmin. May end up getting a Garmin instead.
  23. Thanks again Will Ctered, Does your Garmin with the trak map show the actual Nipissing chart or is it drawn up more so like the Lowrance version? My World Map on my Garmin has the chart.
  24. Thank you Ernie. I have checked with several other Lowrance users and they are all the same. Thanks Will. I'll check that out tonight. If they have the Nipissing chart loaded in, that may be what I am looking for. No actual display on their site. Says to call for info. Thanks!!!
  25. Ha!. No worries Chris! Just irks me that a supposedly quality product is so defective. The Garmin map is the same as the chart. Excellent map. Want it on my Lowrance. Then it would be complete.
