  1. WOW, Great shot. He should post that on Impossible Shots.
  2. Tried it and it's a real easy, clean knot. Thumbs up.
  3. I use the blue Bass Pro double sided worm binders for all plastics (don't think they make them anymore). For hard baits shallow Plano boxes one in each spot (no tangles) and it's half the thickness of the regular ones, space saver. Spinner & buzz baits, the Falcon boxes work wonders (pricey). The rest I use Plano boxes. I usually take most of it, I fish different species when I on the lake, bass, perch, walleye.
  4. Fox or delkim alarms are the top alarms. I played around with the alarms at NWC, and they're pretty nice. In your price range I would recommend this one Sensitive 7, but for a few more dollars this one is all adjustable Profi-1
  5. I think you were charged: Taxes and Brokerage fees. Also happened to me.
  6. Do you have a model # usually starting with "gi". The J.P Sauer rifles can start at $1000 and sky rocket from there.
  7. Ya, I do alot of selling on Kijiji. The replies are usually Gmail or Hotmail and I have a feeling it's spam. I listed an item and in under a minute I had a reply: "Is it still available, you don't have a number or pictures posted, where are you located? ASAP" Funny thing was I had my #, location and photos posted. Other than the annoyances, it's a great place to buy and sell.
  8. favorite has to be Flick Fishing.
  9. Happy Birthday!!!
  10. Thanks all, I'll call them on Monday.
  11. Happened to me a few years back with a 5 cell. I took off the light assembly carefully. You will be left with a tube with batteries in it. Put it in a vise and gently hammer out the batteries with a dowel. The tube will be full of acid and corrosion. For that I used a Dremel tool with a modified grinding bit and cleaned it out. If the contacts are corroded a piece of sandpaper will do the trick. Hope this helps.
  12. I picked up a 2007 Focus wagon and I want to get the widows tinted. I never had it done to any vehicles in the past. Can anyone suggest a place to get it done? I'm looking for somewhere within 30mins of Vaughan. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks
  13. Lorne I have a question and hope it's ok to post it here. Pack Bait breaks down nicely in warm water conditions which will leave the hook bait exposed rather quickly. How would cold water temps. affect the break down rate?
  14. Nice!! But there here to stay!! HA!
  15. Thanks guy's I will look in to it. I talked to rogers and I'll call Bell later today.
  16. Great write up Lorne, thanks. I have a paylake rod/reel setup I'm dying to try.
  17. First off, thanks all for the info. Thanks guys the internet stick will be my plan B. I like the idea of the router and stick combo. Thanks, the hub will be on the top floor, were reception should be the best. Thanks DB, I was hoping it was faster than dial up. Thanks again.
  18. I'm moving in a month and the only way to get online will be the Bell Turbo hub. We will be using 4 or 5 devices with it. The flex plan is perfect for my online use, so I not worried about that. The questions I have are: Does anyone use the Hub? Any issues I should be aware of? Is it fast? etc....... Any feedback on it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
  19. My go to baits: 1- Monster Maize 2- Cukk Corn 3- Hookable Pellets 4- Boiled Field Corn with sugar and salt.
  20. I bought mine for under $20 on eBay. It comes with instructions for programming, took me under 1 min to program. To bypass the chip, you can sacrifice a key and attach it close to the ignition switch, this is what i did to my last car.
  21. Cool, thanks for sharing Lorne. I really gotta get one of those Abu reels for my collection.
  22. My car failed on Monday because of the 2 catz. The government wants me to put in a minimum of $450, legit work, before the $15 retest. Well total parts an labor is going to be over $2000....... the cars not worth that so it will see the crusher next week.
  23. Looks like a nice reel, comes in 3 different ratios. I'll have check it out.
  24. I love my Daiwa reels. BUT when I bought the President and Supreme, I have to admit they are great reels. Very smooth, nice drag and made solid. Can't go wrong with them.
  25. Can't wait, now he's closer to me BONUS!!
