  1. Great report! Sure looks like you had a fantastic trip...fishing and family.
  2. I wouldn't be too concerned about the spawn. Lake Erie smallies don't just spawn up shallow. There's a huge population of fish that spawn between 10 to 25 fow!
  3. Which model HH? Just wondering if you find merit in things like the infrared rear burner?
  4. I check the Grimsby store periodically for the Plano boxes with no luck. If anyone sees them in another store, please let me know. I'd like to buy another case of them. Thanks!
  5. I posted this on June 7, the same day I did the online purchase of my non-resident license. I have been on business travel all week but my wife told me my actual license arrived Tuesday in the mail. Not bad...6 days.
  6. First fish??? Nice! We don't need no stinking panfish to start on! Noooooo! Lol
  7. Well Huck, you and ur brotha have a gud time frog huntin and y'all have fun now y'hear??
  8. There's a golf course near West Monroe LA that's has a bunch.
  9. Great report, great pictures and fantastic fish! Congrats on a successful trip and thank you for sharing!
  10. I just logged on to the NY State website for fishing license renewable and I have to say, I like some of the options they give you. As an non-resident it costs $50 per year for the freshwater fishing license and I get to pick my effective date! So this year, my license is good from today until next year June 6, 2018. You always get your full years money's worth as opposed to it expiring on December 31th regardless of when you buy it. Nice. For residents it's even better, they can buy a lifetime license for $460 for anyone between the ages of 1-69 years old. Wish they had this here 30 years ago. They can then get a symbol added to their drivers license so they don't have to carry a separate fishing licence. This includes hunting licenses too. Small things but very progressive!
  11. Welcome to the board! That's a great way to kick off your season! Nice fish.
  12. Another get my meaningless 20 posts in so I can post in classified! LOL

HaHa You knew it was coming pal!!

  13. This won't help you much but I've used it straight out of the can into the carbs and I've mixed it in the fuel. From their website... For routine fuel system (gas tank to engine) maintenance, one can of Sea Foam Motor Treatment treats up to 16 gallons of gas or diesel fuel. When greater cleaning is needed, add more Sea Foam – the more you add to fuel, the better it cleans! When stabilizing fuel for storage, use 1 (one) ounce per gallon of fuel. Don’t worry if you exceed these amounts: Sea Foam only contains petroleum-based cleaning and lubricating ingredients that CAN’T HARM your engine or fuel system components.
  14. Saying it works quite well is being short-sighted. My original post talked about doing things on your our terms...employers do that too. It's easy to win the battle and lose the war. If you need to blackmail your employer, as opposed to scheduling a meeting and negotiating your position, you're probably working for the wrong company.
  15. That was a good one. I bought a case of them!
  16. There has to be a wearing a rubber joke in there somewhere!
  17. You really should blur out the background so people would steal your spots..lol That's a really nice photo. You have a great ability to frame and capture content.
  18. I'd never recommend this. This only sends the message that you have one foot out the door without as much as a discussion. At that point there's no way I'd invest in training you for another position. And, I'd start making sure I had a plan to fill your current position should you up and leave. Say that to them and watch how long until you're training someone for YOUR job. Blackmail never works...I don't care who you are and how good you think you are.
  19. Seriously Dave... I think about some of the large projects I'd like to do here at home...extend the garage, deepen and finish the crawl space...and I just can't bring myself to undertake such a big task. AND THERE'S A RONA 3 MINUTES AWAY!!! I see what you're doing and the work to just GET the materials there and I'm embarrassed. Hat's off to you pal. I should take some of the money I'm NOT spending on building materials and buy a ticket to NWT to work on your cabin! LOL
  20. I'll take one order of the bacon wrapped cheese poppers with a side order of defibrillator!! LOL Looks good Dave!!
  21. Geez now I want to go to. I've seen your foody pics!
  22. There you go!!! Take Brian!!! That sounded like volunteering to me!
  23. He was thinking "show me the money". Now he can show them the money.
  24. Honestly, 4A per bank is not going to charge your batteries very well. If you run them down and plug them in the evening, you'll be lucky if they're ready in the morning. Definitely get the 20A (10A per bank).
