I'm also very lucky,my three dogs don't wake up through fireworks,storms,whatever.I've had 5 previous dogs and all were the same. Go figure!!.Now my neighbours golden retriever,hides in a flash.

Can't go wrong with the CT red ratchet straps,sometimes their a bugger to loosen.

A 7' M or MH ugly stick,very versatile rod as well. Not expensive either.

I'm thinking since this just started for 2012,if your still valid for this or the next year and you bought it before 2012,you are good to go.It's only this years licenses that are affected now.I don't think it can be explained any clearer:clapping:
