A while back I started the process of trying to sell my boat and buy another, the entire time I thought a marginal jump in cost made sense, so off I went. I scoured the US and Canada for the right fit and boat, maybe im picky dunno but I just couldntfind the right product, I thought i did recently but realized via an engine report it was a ticking time bomb. So my wife sat me down annd said " just buy a new one already" So off I went searching for the right boat for me. After researching talking to some very knowledgable Bass guys there was no doubt in my mind that Bass Cat was the maker of my new boat The talk family business, customer loyalty, the premier boat buidler JD and Power winner. Well as I go through the process I get it. Im not a pro angler simply a regular Joe yet everytime I talk to the company I feel as if Im the only client they ever had...talk about a great feeling!!!! Im seriously am understanding the loyalty cat owners have to the brand. Im in a business that is brand loyal and by far and I ll say heads and leaps the people at BCB are ahead of the curve on other builders big.!!!!! Every time I had a question it was recieved and answered fully, they are doing additional rigging without hesitation and are just a god send to deal with. I had some emails sent today of my build I ll have more as time goes closer to the delivery date... Im going to try and keep it going for those that have some interest and a longer term blog on the boat and what I do with it. the hull ou tof the mold the cap out of the molds When it was said that its a family company I understand, as I felt like I was talking to a brother today down there!!! the initial progress, this is awsome as I intend to document the entire process I thought this was neat as it appears the cooler section is divided into two sections and seperates drinks from food a really nice side view of the hull and finally the completed unit!!!!!!!! todays pictures sent hopefully Im not boring anyone, the wiring has begun, they recieved all my cables and are starting to attach them. The cosole will be neat as you see there is a recess for a ram mount built into it so the 997 will be front and center. I also added some back up lights my logic was that it will be real easy seeing a skinny ramp dark in the mornings here is the wiring harness for the boat Here is a neat shot of the process of drilling out the rod locker for the rod organizers to go in the console as I said with the recessed part for the ram mount and the holes for the smart craft guages the beginnings of the wiring process on the front deck by the foot pedal finally a nice shot of the entire hull Enjoy I think I put every single option on it I could for the most part so it is a " no need to buy anything" boat and Im sitting on pins waiting until May to get it...I ll post more as I get them from the factory

decent color saturation, nice f stop framing also, you could have used a light shield to warm up the color a bit more, and flash the back drop are you doing touch ups in PS

the conservation authority would have most certainly provided a permit or at the very least been made avail of the project. MOE will take a decade to come out, the local OMNR biologist might be the same. I suggest you force the local CA to come and view it with their biologist and the enforcement staff member

Nightly Fish Transfers It’s that time of year again. CRAA has commenced its daily fish lifts at the Streetsville ladder and will continue 7 days a week until completed. The purpose is to transfer wild fish above the dam to suitable habitat and promote a wild self sustaining fish population. It’s a fantastic opportunity to come and give back to the resource. Fish lifts commence daily at 5pm and continue until completion so come early if possible, please bring waders, or if not possible wet weather clothing and boots. Parking is at the top of the entrance to the fish way at the bottom DrenKellY. Please be there on time as once we commence the gates will be locked and no one will be permitted access FISH LIFTS ARE WEATHER DEPENDANT SO PLEASE CHECK THE CRAA WEBSITE MESSAGE BOARD FOR INFORMATION ON CANCELLATIONS www.craa.on.ca You may also sign up for the CRAA steelhead derby while at the ladder and you must sign in at the lifts via a clip board provided. We are looking at a record year so many hands make light work, students will be signed off for volunteer hours so please bring your sheets also. its part of a larger aquifir, with the wye coming out of it on the other end, no inlets just an outlet, Id have second thoughts walking on it in the winter due to all the spring water in it
-
orr lake is a spring fed lake, its small shallow and sandy, warming up fast, it has a minimal population of Pike ( in fact I have fished it dozens of times and never caught 1 ) it does contain a few bass and its one of those lakes a CO will visit due to its proximity to a major road. Fishing it before bass opener IMO might lead to a charge just my simplton opinion

a slightly oval hole can get corrected when you re rig the engine without having to reglass it. A trasom stiffener and epoxy solves it.

Both are good groups based on some solid principles. I fished BASS and now fish the CBAF its a bigger group and generally has larger turn outs. It really depends on what you want to derive. CBAF is somewhat looser not in its rules persay but just more a setting where a bunch of guys go fish and have a good time, dont get me wrong its competative with the sticks some of the guys hold potentially you have the opportunity to fish with a guy who is skilled enough to fish with the big boys down south and here. If you only have budget for 1 group I suggest you go to a few club meetings, talk to the guys, check the websites of both out put personally if you want to shorten your learning curve imo, I suggest the CBAF you ll have a higher percentage of getting into a boat with a real experienced guy.... Besides where else can you get tnto a 60k boat fish with a pro on his spots using his gear potentially for 60 bucks an event.. Regardless one year will have you hooked on competative bass fishing, unless you have a room next to me and then its more of a malted beverage event...lol Check out both go to a meeting and decide whats best for you http://www.ontariobass.com/ or http://www.cbaf.ca/
