Good stuff Brian.Like you,I cook most nights and need to find some new stuff to make.This one looks a bit too spicy for my parents but They are away on a cruise this week so I might just try this one out.It would be cool to have a recipe sectoin here..not a place to post recipes but somewhere to move these posts to so we can refer back to them without searching thru a ton of posts. You are gonna have a fight on your hands drilling thru an EZ out.Very hard..and brittle.If you do get it drilled and another ez out in try heating it up before removing.Sometimes you can heat the metal aroung the bolt and touch some candle wax to the bolt.the heat will (hopefully )draw the wax in and lube the extraction.Good luck, Joe
  5. I played with that guy for a while.Asked him many questions about the boat.One question per e-mail.I then said I was going to be in whatever area of the country he was in and wanted to pay cash and take it away.He finally quit responding to me.I wish I had got the boat. Joe
  6. Tighten up the connections,fuses and breakers go from heat or over amps.Heat can come from loose lugs.Check that if your electrician bud did not,said the plumber. Joe

On a more serious note,You are lucky to have the old Photos you have.Most of our stuff has been lost by hurricaines,Betsy,Cammile and Katrina have taken just about every photo that was of my family that was older than my Grandfather.I wish I had some of the old pictures and diaries from my great grandma on my mothers side.   13. Thats some good stuff guys.I printed out the thread for a rainy day.I sorta made a beef red wine sorta stew thing(tanx dooGles)) and served it over puff pastries,thanx for the input.Them chowdah recipes are what I crave and I will perfect my own one day. Joe

  16. I have venison,chicken,beef or store bought fish to work with.Something hearty to be used as a main course.A good beef and Barley recipe would be good and a fish chowdah recipe would work also. Joe
