  4. mudbutt the best advice that I can give you is go pick up the winter issue of Esox Angler. I just got mine in the mail today and it's got a ton of info. I'm just like a little kid when it come to books I got to look at the pictures first, I really think that they need to rename this issue to "Monsters Of The Midway" Whopper

  9. Thanks guys. Glen I was fishing for saugeye when I caught that cat. Caught nine small saugeyes when it hit I though I had big bertha, the cat fought hard in the current. I caught on a 1/4 ounce jig and chartruse curly tails that was garlic scented. It probably weighed between 2 1/2 to 3lbs. Whopper

  13. daplumma I'm just glad your stove works! I cook on the BBQ all year round and have been known to put a few other meals together. Cooked a 23lb turkey today, made a cheese ball and did all the slicing and dicing for all the other side dishes today, truly a combined effort between my wife and I for our thanksgiving dinner. Don't want to offend anyone else here but if the was one person that deserved a good outing with a personal best it was you Wayne. Thanks for taking the time to put your report together it was a good one. It amazes me the fish that come out of there, and to think that a 27" is just a little fella Thanks Whopper
  24. Nice cats chiefvail. There a guy on a local board that brags about getting them out of the GMR down your way. I know those weren't from GMR but nice fish, Lake Monroe is a nice lake. Whopper
  25. This is a sore subject with me because a couple of years ago the package that I subscribed to had a channel with all the fishing shows that I like, but a couple months ago they took and made it a premium channel so they want more money. Well I'm not a cheapskate but my cable bill is over a hundred dollars a month (that includes my road runner connection) and I'm not giving any more and seriously thinking about cancellening. I would really like to see Next Bite guess I'll just order the cd's. Whopper
