    Yep I know the opener is the 21st but I have a couple of friends going in a week early to harass the pike before I get there, I guess I'll have some catching up to do

    Selfish reasons I guess. I'll be at Little Vermilion just north of Red Lake for the walleye opener and from past experience the closer to ice out the better the fishing, or should I say catching.

    Actually from what I have read there has been a few fatalities from people running at high speeds and getting hit.

    I believe this was May 14th 2009 waiting out a snow storm in Balmertown to fly into Little Vermilion The day after One of the best catching trips ever

    Wayne we just wired one up in a church a couple months back, worked pretty well. Do an internet search, your pretty handy I'm sure you could install one
