  1. No door or screen on that stove? What if the wood pops and sparks (embers) fly out?
  2. Great post Joey. Good luck with the job.
  3. I am the guy that talked to Chad about it. I heard it from a local Bait Shop (I trust that source) and he saw the pictures. I believe there are 35" walleye in Lake Nipissing and in the upper French River however I was skeptical about the 18 pound weight that was claimed. I have seen 12 and 13 pounders from a local lake and seen a couple of 11 pound walleye from the French River this summer. I believe I now have Rod Caster hooked on targeting a HUGE walleye on Nipissing. Haha.
  4. I think the Franzen pass was better.
  5. Nice passing on the Leaf's 2nd goal.
  6. I agree BillM. Pretty sure I could have given Price more problems on that penalty shot. I was hoping for the 2 minutes.
  7. I threw mine away for my Lowrance HDS5. Some pipe insulation (or pool noodle) and 2 zip ties are better then any arm in my opinion.
  8. My son's 10th birthday today too. I can only hope he grows up as strong as Jen is. Happy birthday Jen.
  9. o.k. 16 footer is o.k. but 20hp will take you a long time to get around on Nipissing. Check out Tallon Lake, and Lake Nosbonsing. If you stayed at Lakair in the west arm you would be o.k.
  10. Reason I ask is.....Nipissing can be NASTY at times. How big is your boat/motor? I have a trailer at a park that rents cottages. Close to the Sturgeon River and you can boat into the French River, or West Arm. Lots of good pike and bass options. Lake Nosbonsing or Talon Lake (both near North Bay) are also good options.
  11. You are hilarious and an awesome angler dood.
  12. When I first looked at your helmet on your sled I thought it was a kid on a 120cc. Nice outing. I guess I could do 2 lakes in one day but that seems like a lot of work.
  13. Are you bringing your own boat or looking to rent?
  14. That last shot is cute.
  15. Story is....they drilled holes the day before to check the thickness and determined it was safe for the backhoe. With the weight of the backhoe the water came up through the drilled holes and made the ice heavy causing the backhoe to sink through.
  16. Yep. That's the way to travel (fish).
  17. You need to get some harnesses and spinners for trolling and drifting. Buy a flat of worms too.
  18. "I don't know why?" That is exactly what I was thinking when I typed it out. LMAO
  19. I heard today they hooked up a dozer to the excavator to pull out the backhoe.
  20. Great introduction and welcome aboard.
  21. Are you posting any entries for Team 4? We could use a 19" pickeral (walleye) and a bigger NGL Trout or Whitie.
  22. Welcome aboard. PM me the link and I'll watch the video.
  23. He hasn't been able to see the computer screen through all the tears of losing Spezza and Karlson.
  24. Some well fed perch right there.
