Sorry to hear Dan, but, don't apologise for posting. Let's all hope that events such as this eventually do put an end to this disease that takes so many of our friends and family. Just over a month everyone, time to start working on those pledges.

Mike, I think everyone has already made the statements I'm thinking, having read another amazing post. One thing I will say, is, I think you have just given me THE destination for the brookie trip that Juli's dad and I wish to do. Both of us have longed to do a brookie trip our whole lives, and we've talked about coasters on Superior, or Nipigon, but, this looks amazing...throw in the walleye and pike, can't be beat!!!

When and where? Wouldn't mind trying for some Erie bass for a change. I rarely specifically target them, and most days my little 14'er can't handle the big water.

Good stuff Millhouse. You have to love how a musky gets the adrenaline pumping!! The shout and smile on Juli's face when her 33"er jumped right beside the boat on Saturday was priceless!

Might hit our local "mudhole" looking for a rematch with a certain largemouth, that jumped three times and made my jaw drop.

Couple more pics Juli fighting her 33"er, and, her "team 10 shot" + one more of Craig's little ski in the cradle. Both muskies were really healthy fish.

LOL!! Now that all depends on perspective. Target species was walleye, and, I DID catch the ONLY walleye (sad as that is) but, yes, she did catch the BIGGEST fish It was a fun day on the water, always a great time with Craig. Juli mentioned me being the crappie king, funny thing, but for whatever reason I was catching them all over the lake. Too bad they weren't a tad bigger, would have made for a good meal.
