Harrison,why not use a brokerage if your buying? Doesn't usually cost the buyer anything and you spread the wealth a little between brokerages.There hungry I heard hehe. Using the listing brokerage is fine if your okay with multiple representation, some people are not. Also nice to have someone representing you if you get into multiple offers and counter offers as time is of essence. I agree tho, no problems with selling your property on your own. And no I'm not a sales sales rep.

Skeeter do you get checked every time you go out in your car or truck?Seems like the same difference to me. I don't mind being checked by a co when I'm fishing, but being hassled by the cops everytime you go out, to me thats harassment.The last time I was checked by the cops while fishing was a 15 to 20 minute ordeal

I have had no problems with any co's that I have met on the water. I have been checked on the water once in the last 20 yrs or so. It seems like they are hooking up with the O.P.P. marine unit more often on the Ottawa River in the last few years. I have heard the the O.P.P. are checking fishing lic on a regular basis here. That is something they never did here until the last couple of years. Would definitely rather be checked by a C.O. here, cause the cop that runs the river here is a real dick, thinks everyone is a criminal. They dont check me cause they can't catch me, I'm way to fast, and there always busy with the 12 and 14 ft tinnies. I always have my safety gear and paper work in order so I figure they should only have to check you once a season and stop harassing you when your out on the water. They should have a sticker or something to put on your winshield to show them you are in compliance and have been checked already. Lots of people here are stopped every time they go out on the water(small boats) seems like a waste of time on both parts?

Hi Laphayette welcome to the board. I think you might want to try putting your transducer on the transom of the boat(the back) with the transducer at 90 degrees to the transom. I live in Pet so if you want any other info just let me know. Will be happy to help you out.

When my brother and I first started tourney fishing back in the early 90's he bought the same boat. It had a Johnson 100GT on it and it was quick. It was rated for a 90 but handled the 100 no problem, no chine walking what so ever. Think it did about 55mph. We had alot of fun in that boat. Skeeter make an awesome boat.

I used to use frogs quite often but now I use a white rat instead. I make long casts and reel it in really fast. When I get a blow up and a miss I go back for em with a sluggo the same colour, rigged weedless with a 5/0 gammy. Works amost every time.

I did my 5000lb trailer 4 years ago when I bought it. It was all rusty and looked awfull. I spent a couple evenings scraping loose scale off and a quick sand and wipe down with an old towel and I was ready tp paint. I then bought a gallon of Tremclad paint, think it was about 40.00, and about 15,or 20 for a decent brush and gave it a coat making sure to get in all the cracks and crevices. The next day I gave it a finishing coat. There is still no rust showing on that trailer, oh yeah I did it in recreational white (color). I should of did the wheels too cause they look like crap now. The finished job looked okay, and I'm happy with it. I would not do my bassboat trailer that way, haha, but anything is better than rust haha cause Rust Never Sleeps, (love that song).
