  2. ~~~Head over to Roaches Point, and drop shot the 50' range, or a little south of that to a shelf of 18' dropping to 25', or the shoal just east of Jackson in 33' there's so many spots out there, try looking for the Terns diving on the water after bait phish, and you'll find the Perch underneath them

  4. ~~~~With the MNR making in hard on bait sellers, there isn't too many shops around the south east side of Simcoe, Casey in Port Bolster should have them in, but best check your own bait shops foor some Emeral Shinners. For me in Ajax, I'll be hitting Tightlines in Pickering and hoping he has them in.
  5. ~~~I'll be out that weekend on Simcoe out of Pephpherlaw, chasing Perch, along with most likely 200 Yankees that come up for this weekend being Columbus day down south. If you want to show him a great day on the water bring him over to my side of the lake and join the Armada. We'll be in about 35' of water, using a drop shot rig with 2, or 3 hooks arttached above about 8" apart tip with minnows it's a blast. My self I use a Gold Swedish Pimple, and jig slowly just off the bottom.
  6. ~~~Try Lake Clear up near Eaganville, there's a great lodge, with Cabins to rent at low cost and boat rentals. Great Bass, Walleye, Pike, Trout, Coming this Nov. Hope to be up there for 4 days

  8. ~~~I'm in the mood for a Party, should have a motel close by for over nighters
  9. ~~~Got out on the lake with James, who answer my request for a partner for Perch phishen on Sunday, and we had a great time. We hit quite a few spots first out deep 60' then into 50' and spent some time at 42' where we got into a massive school of Perch, now if they just 9" longer they be keepers. I thought we would check out the fleet sitten off Beaverton in 36', but very little was happening so we headed back out to the out to a spot had marked with a Red X on the side of my boat, and we could see the Perch swimming just under the boat in 39'marking all the way down to the bottom, so after weeding through a lot of Dinks we took home a 1/2 doz for supper. I like to say Thanks James it was fun phishen with you.
  10. ~~~I have the Marcum VS360 which I find is great used it last weekend on Simcoe, lowered the camera down to 45' and had a great clear view of the bottom at 53', the monitor has a 7"screen, and it comes with 60' of cable, bought it on special at Gagnon sports in Oshawa for just under $200
  11. ~~~Great vids bud, really enjoyed them
  12. ~~~Great shots bud, keep posting up come shots
  13. ~~~Looking for some one in the Ajax area that has a vehicle with a 2" ball, and would like to get out on Sunday on Simcoe if the Weather holds, to chase some Perch. If intertested send me a PM, if not this weekend maybe next one. 11:00 Sorry guies hooked up with James for this Sunday, but have 2 days open next weekend
  14. ~~~AAAAAAH Saturday morning bright and early(if you live in BC) Slug with his friend Swanda were running late with dropping people off at the airport, and hitting the baitshop, we were on our way(09:00). We launched at Sibs, and headed up the west shore of Geo to a spot we had done well in the past, in 25' , brought out my new toy PhishTV, and lowered it to the bottom, and Slug calls out Phish On, and I said yep, it a Gobie, because I had 3 posing in front of the lens, and a lot of other swimming around, so after Slugs lands 3 more, it's time to move on. Headed up to te North end, not marking much. till we got to our next spot in 41' and got set up, and sure enough we had phish on the graph, and the TV monitor, and Swanda brings up her first double hitter She was even able to catch a good cluster of Zebra Mussels But all we were getting were Dinks so after an Hr. we moved out deeper to 53' where I marked a large mass of phish, dropped the camea down to 45' at the picture was clear as could be, with the bottom covered with clusters of Zebra, and large schools of Perch stacked up, problem was getting past the dinks who would hit our spoons before the hit bottom, but we did get some good size ones I was watching the monitor when I had a hit, and called out it wasn't a Perch, and as I got it to surface Slugs says it's a small Laker, and then it got off(Dwat). he even landed his first Herring We decided to move out deeper to 63', where we found some active phish all over the depht, and some larger Perch I was tired of being the Camera guy, so I asked Slug to take a picture but the camera wasn't working so I had to draw, and colour my own picture We only kept about 25 keepers, It was great day to be on the water, Thanks to Slug, and his friend Swanda for the great company
  15. ~~~Great report bud, you guys did as well as I did on Simcoe, but your Jumbo was larger

  22. ~~~On Sunday the 4th spot we hit just south of Thorah 27', we marked a lot of action on bottom dropped lines and there were Gobbies, the size of minnows 1.5"
  23. ~~~Had my brother up from Kentucky, visiting the family, so we decided to head out on Simcoe, from Pephpherlaw to catch some Perch At least that was the plan, I started off with the first Jumbo of the day, I was holding it away back from the camera that why it looks so small, we hit 4 spots with 2 holding Bait balls, then it went dead not a mark on the screen, so we decided to move and then WHAM brother says PHISH ON, and it an;t no Perch. here the Video I took He drove over 11hrs. to get to my place, and how was his Phishen trip.
  24. ~~~Investigators at a major research institute have discovered the heaviest element known to science. This startling new discovery has been tentatively named Administratium (Ad). The new element has no protons or electrons, thus having an atomic number of 0. It does, however, have 1 neutron, 125 assistant neutrons, 75 vice neutrons, and 111 assistant vice neutrons, for an atomic mass of 312. These 312 particles are held together by a force called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities of lepton-like particles called peons. Since it has no electrons, Administratium is inert. However, it can be detected as it impedes every reaction with which it came into contact. According to the discoverers, a minute amount of Administratium causes one reaction to take over four days to complete when it would normally take less than a second. Administratium has a normal half-life of approximately three years; it does not decay, but instead undergoes a reorganization in which a portion of the assistant neutrons, viceneutrons, and assistant vice neutrons exchange places. In fact, an Administratium sample's mass will actually increase over time, since with each reorganization some of the morons inevitably become neutrons, forming new isotopes. This characteristic of moron promotion leads some scientists to speculate that Administratium is formed whenever morons reach a certain concentration. This hypothetical quantity is referred to as the "Critical Morass
  25. ~~~Great reports on the Kids action, heading up to Simcoe this weekend for some Perch, hope Kids left some for me???
