Welcome to the board! Did we mention we love pictures??? Just don't give gps locations, show pictures with a blade of grass or rock that is clearly identifiable on a riverbank and you are golden!!! LOL What areas do you like to fish? (no trib names...but eastern GTA, Lake Huron Tribs etc is fine). As we head into the fall steelhead season, I look forward to your reports!

I've purchased a lot on kijiji and unless I see something terribly wrong with the item, I pay the asking price. I recently purchased an adult 10 speed bike from someone locally...when I expressed an interest but couldn't make it out to see it right away, they said they'd hold it for a few days for me. When I saw it, it was a fair asking price, so I added $10 for their courtesy in holding it for me. I have sold a few items as well...and inflated the price on purpose so that I could negotiate down to the minimum I'd accept.

So, how was your 2011 soft water season? Did you get out as much as you usually do or did other commitments keep you off the water or shoreline? How would you rate the fishing overall? Were the numbers there compared to your average? If you caught a PB, post a pic for all to see again! Share some thoughts here! I didn't get out nearly as much as I would have liked too...a little more than last year and a lot LESS than a few years ago. Overall the fishing has been below average for me...numbers per trip way down for me. I did however work on bass fishing and managed to improve a little there! I'm looking forward to fall...to play with the trib steelhead, hopefully a few big walleye, and a nice chunky fall muskie!

My latest day in a boat was the end of November...the 29th to be exact in 2008...launched through a skim of ice on the Bay of Quinte...

Bell is ok in Durham region. My blackberry is on the Bell network too and all is fine.

I'd say Chinook Salmon...the black around the mouth is the giveaway. Steelhead mouths are white. Nice fish regardless!!!!

Knowing Dave, he'd wrestle it for his finger back and he'd put in a hook for bait!!
