  1. Blair Witch project... lol It's a Red Fox.. just by the way it's walking/trotting and holding it's nose and tail. A big fox...but a fox none the least.
  2. Congrats Jamie and Mrs. Jamie !
  3. Good move Cliff... the next repair would have been the police pulling your plates for rust thru very soon!
  4. Well he's got the fish porn part figured out! You'll fit right in Greg!
  5. It's not always length that's the ticket Mike! That wider beam will be great on the BOQ.
  6. HAHA missed the subject change ! Here's the best pic I could find of what I'm talking about.
  7. I've got a '98 in the yard with a western plow hooked to it. How I know what it's worth ! LOL
  8. A second one is really handy... order a 1/4-20 threaded 1 1/2" ball. Then you can mount your camera somewhere for when you're by yourself. I also bought U clamp mounted balls and a short joiner. One ball on the top of my trolling motor shaft and the other on the bow rail...that way when the trolling motor is stowed it's not slapping up and down in the waves.
  9. Truck's owned by the lads that built the whole thing. Doubt there was any direct financial cost to anyone other than the hours lost off of a cottage build that should have been going on... in a community like Temagami it's like a Menanite barn raising... you just show up and work. Divers... it's an opportunity to practice and doubt a $100 changed hands if that to cover the air in the tanks. Plow is worth $7500 alone... GM truck.. not much I agree! LOL
  10. Hey...don't be showing that Tonyb lad that there's fish in that thar lake ! LOL Some nice fish...and looks great up there. Hope the snow cover stays that way so we can drive where ever we want on the 14th ! That's gotta be one of the nicest Pickerals I've seen pulled out of Temagami.
  11. The part that surprises me the most is the pulley anchored into the ice..instead of the cable just going up directly to the top...but I guess that keeps the pull angle below level so that the pulling trucks don't get there ass end lifted and it also negates pulling the tri-pod over.
  12. Here's the retrieval shots ! Another reason to have a class IV hitch on your truck ! Back up / Safety diver getting Mat ready is my Realestate Agent Barry Graham. Also shows how clear this lake is...using the aquaview in 50+ feet of water.
  13. It NEVER ends Bud ! NEVER!
  14. They really are a great way to extend time on the water as mobility gets less and less. Walk off the dock to the same height boat deck. I'll be there in no time! Temagami Marine had a little tiny one in the sales storage area when I left in the fall. Will check for you to see if it's still available.
  15. Funny that LEI buys Ram's products... slaps a new model number on it and charges 50%+ more for it. name order# description qty. each total MB-8 101-63 R-A-M 1-1/2" ball mount bracket with long arm and mounting plate. $54.95 $54.95 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note: All software, CDROMs, mapping cards, videos and owners manuals are non-refundable. Total: $54.95 That is the 111-U and it's available from GPScity for $38.95
  16. The penalty for fraud on claiming an undervalue amount on a vehicle/vessel with MOF is 100% of the tax that should have been paid on true value + the tax difference owing from what you should have paid. So if they catch you cheatin you'll end up paying double. I know...as I bought my wife an old vette for our Tenth anniversary and had the SELLER make up a second bill..for which I used to pay the tax. Of course "vette's are a high check priority it seems and the MOF called his house and got his wife...and well you know what happened next! Same thing happens with airplanes...at the end of every month Transport Canada is MANDATED to send MOF a list of every airplane that changed hands so the MOF can send out letters to every new registered owner to prove where they paid PST on their purchase. The same thing will happen with a boat. Sometimes it's 4 or 5 years later!
  17. Harry...check their feedback and if close to 100% with many customers you're pretty safe. If you need someone to pay via paypal for you, as sometimes the only choice ....just let me know and I can pay for you from a balance I have with Paypal and you can mail me the funds. Wayne
  18. They're onto you Pete... company firewall is blocking links!
  19. Doesn't look like it...but same link Dougal...now get back to work me lad !
  20. Gerritt the 111U.. I believe it is will do everything you need. Mounting ball...joiner and bracket that your units bracket bolts to. I'll go find my info and confirm the model number. Yes it's the 111U that I have on both of my units. Hold good in anything up to slapping 4 footers. Also make it really quick and easy to remove your unit and take it inside...leaving you the unit bracket and ram top plate as a nice carrying handle. Just be sure your side knobs are tight!!!! Ram website for other choices... unit selector etc http://www.ram-mount.com/marineelectronics.htm I ordered mine from GPS city I believe in Alberta. Can't confirm as the bill is in the bow of my covered boat. They were cheap and no PST http://www.gpscity.com/item-ram-mount-rect...ball/ram111.htm
  21. Easy as typing Rib recipe in the search window... http://www.ofncommunity.com/forums/index.p...;hl=rib+recipes
  22. have you ever noticed a dead rectangle of grass in the yard...on a hot/dry summers week? That's it..or that Metal detector Photoz was on about...it will find the rebar handles for the clean outs..or a crow bars pointed end...ground shouldn't be frozen above the tank so start poking hard.
  23. Found my guide...shows they are good for 8 meals a month up to 22" in size (4 meals for kids and child bearing women).
  24. Trust me... it uses two of the 6V square lantern batteries. And if you don't believe me, or the fact that the carrying case is identical to what I have... read the product description just one more time! LOL
  25. They use two 6Volt lantern batteries...that last for a very long time. I've still got my hummingbird portable.
