  1. Have any of you providing employment thoughts considered what "Headhunter" does for a living?
  2. Emil...water is heavier than fuel and will stay seperated. You will see the clear water and yellowy fuel above it. If you put water in your container (Narrower the better... like a gerkins pickle jar if you don't have a proper fuel tester like I do)..... to say the 1/3rd height of the container....mark it's exact level and then add fuel that has ethanol or alcohol in it to fill the container.... the water level will appear to rise above the mark you made. This shows that there is alcohol/ethanol in the fuel. If there is none... the water level mark will be unchanged. My Lund was pre-packaged for a kicker. At the fuel selector for main/off/reserve there is a hose barb connection for each the kicker and main motor...so I can put a filter on just the kicker outlet...since my main motor already has a high tech water seperator and detector sensor to tell me it's time to drain the water reservoir. Shawn... surprised that your Merc is calling for Premium fuel. Even mine can run on Regular unless I'm running the piss out of it for extended periods of time and then I'm supposed to run premium.
  3. Flethcher in is still a rumour.. is it not..and I hope!
  4. Emil...buy a Verado.. it has a built in water seperator! I'd probably be smart to add a water seperator to my kicker line though.
  5. I can second them Canuck2Fan.... Ted Takasaki (sp?) wrote me back himself when I complained that my Lindy Tiger tubes fell apart and had them mail me out a replacement pair pronto.
  6. Shawn all you can do is go to the station with a clear container with water in it and mark the waters level. Add fuel and if it appears that the water level rises...there is ethanol/alchohol in it.
  7. Tomorrow he'll ask you for WSIB forms for his injury caused only by his need to get to work Joe. Do yourself a favour...pay him what ever weeks you would owe him in lieu of layoff notice and get him out of the office TODAY! And replace him with someone that wants a job... I'm sure you know a good employement agency that can find you a replacement!
  8. Are ya in yet... wiggle your ears!
  9. Don't know.. I think Brian was going into a Key card yard. I have a 500 gallon tank in my yard for AV gas.
  10. Got that many trips back and forth to work already that they let you up front Raf?
  11. I bought for a buck today in Waverly ! I 'tink he means Bulk Harry.
  12. Hey Joe...get back to work or I'm gonna call your boss and invite him fishing! This guy comes in late...but hopefully he doesn't spend his day browsing the internet! LOL
  13. I thought of that show on Saturday night driving home from the ponies. Just like Charlie's brother...when the bill was coming for dinner I got up and went to bet on the last race...sticking Dano with the bill! Wasn't intentional...just the way it happened! Oh well... he won the tri-factor IN THE 9th, 10th and 11th races! What's the chance of that? If he had of bet a $100 on each race tri-factor he would have went home with 28 grand... not $280! LOL
  14. What Cliff said... three and he's out. This the same guy that was late for work last year because he had to shovel snow? If so send him up here....I can keep him busy for a few months! Plowed another foot out of the laneway this morning...that makes 35 inches in three days and it's still coming down. Now to try and find our way out of this mess for Toronto!
  15. Tito who ?
  16. Tell him to bring the airboat...wont' take long at all to get to the beer store in that machine! Two block walk to the store from the town dock.
  17. Just ask Mike to have a couple cases of beer ready to go when you arrive ! It's only 10 miles to the beer store from there !
  18. Just glad it wasn't a square "hut" hole ! Home safe and sound is all that matters....
  19. But I do indeed wanna do a small one with the pole holders mounted to the side of my cutter. Pull up.. drill holes...position sled and cutter on windward side and set up the Jed shelter. My back took a cold beating last year sitting on the sled seat with back to the wind.
  20. Happy Birthday to both of them thar kidlets of yours Roy.
  21. Dang...that reminds me...gotta get to work on my "Jed shelter" that I wanna mount to the side of my sleds cutter
  22. Clear it up before 4am please....gotta get daughter on the 6:45 back to Ottawa!
  23. 10 more inches in the laneway from 2 pm to midnight ! And still coming down at the same rate ! Beautiful moon filled night in Barrie....but from Hwy400/93 to Midland.. 50 feet visibility AT BEST.
  24. Haven't fished with them... but here's their Beaver at their dock and taking off from the area of my dock on Temagami
  25. Underestimated that..went out to plow..up to the top of my kamiks.. 13 inches! Now coming down again at about 2 inches an hour. This was a bare steel roof at midnight last night..
