  1. Well if all else fails Pete... and if you've already tried the "pain killer" method...call a cab for the ride in!
  2. I imagine I know what Pete was doing at the time... it's a 6 or 7/0 !
  3. Into Trenton you go.... let them take it out right or risk nerve/muscle damage.
  4. Know anyone with a boom truck... 4 tabs on top... it's ready to go
  5. 162 Acres of waterfront for sale on Krug Bay / McIntyre bay ! If you want the link PM me. Unfortunate they closed the PPark on the South/East shore years ago. Hopefully you'll get some PM's for access points Drew...I can't help you there.
  6. Kirk.... where you goin with that shovel bud ?
  7. Personally.. I don't see it being any different than a tip up and line that is being "attended" within the 60 meter clear view zone.
  8. I think if you find the Ram thread Gerritt started.. that's exactly what DanC has on his Lund windshield in a picture.
  9. They figure the only ones that use this size of bait use gourge hooks and are for all intensive purposes now dicating how to fish with line and hook. They fail to realize many use large bait and a quick strike rig instead.
  10. Ban has been lifted in Zone 18.. see http://www.ofncommunity.com/forums/index.p...c=15291&hl= wonder if it applies to Temagami as well inZone 11. Doubt it as last year they took the first step toward this and banned sucker and cisco as bait.
  11. Call any contractor up there that builds homes, has a gravel/septic business etc. Darn near every one of them has a plow on their truck...or a back hoe would probably be better considering the melt and freeze. I know I can't move our snow bank with my plow truck. Tried on Tuesday to give the river running down the laneway a place to go and managed to put a small dent in it. If you have a large bank in the way a hoe/loader may be the only way to go.
  12. Naaa.. Maybe tomorrow, my fingers are getting tired bud... and I'm running out of
  13. Yep $250 just for pants Carl.. like I said.. that's what we paid for each piece x 4 for the two of us = $1000. Best thousand I've spent in a long time. Note they were also pretty much the cheapest gortex available at BPS.
  14. I'm in for $10..make that $20 bucks !
  15. Carl.. Leah and I both managed to find coats and pants that fit us at BPS and they were also the ONLY style that didn't have BPS plastered onto them in 10 places.
  16. Bottle of good scotch for when friends drop by the cottage! BTW...Glen and I did the practice troll past your dock just 2 months ago....
  17. Leah and I love our Gortex outfits. Coat and rain pants about $250 each. Wish we had of spent the money years ago.... stay dry and on the water, without sweating to death inside like you do in a cheap "slicker". Was a priceless purchase considering it always seems to rain just as we step foot on the marina dock to head for our island in the open steel boat.
  18. Hang in there... at least one member has a cottage on it, and many have fished it. Found at least one thread using the search function http://www.ofncommunity.com/forums/index.p...mp;hl=red+cedar
  19. Welcome aboard. Did you try doing a search for Red Cedar? It's been discussed before.
  20. I think it's more respect to the beast myself for living that long. .. and btw.. they don't give out bravery medals around here!
  21. At least 14 inches or so melted yesterday, before we went back into the deep freeze. Cliff's gonna keep all the snow this time. His back yard rink would look much better snow lined !
  22. Yah I'm with Fisherman... but then again we aren't even listed and I haven't been able to see the laneway gate since noon....
  23. I know your favourite Pickeral Lake Pete... did you want me to list a few of it's rocks coordinates! LOL
  24. Key is Terry... do you see anything for that management zone in the Exceptions that says you can't fish there? Not that I want to interupt your work schedule to have you look!
