Yah it's real... we've got one here in Midland that's a real ......... nuisance ! Couldn't pay me to climb aboard one! Just remember in Canada that THING needs Transport Canada Registration (with 12" tall letters down the side of that Zodiac), as an AIRPLANE, and you have to have at minimum an Ultralight Pilot Permit... unlike the nuisance here locally that TC is trying to catch, and I'll gladly help, before he kills someone dive bombing boats. If you wanna build/buy/own a "flying boat".. Ie one that doesn't have enough wing to fly and stays in ground effect above the water... you can register that one as a boat and don't need a pilots licence.

Problem with one brake light is you probably are then in violation of not having a signal light. ..and Yes I did know 17 and 18 and regularily drive up the center of the road when you can see there's no traffic for miles (especially in places like #11 between Cochrane and Hearst).. gives you more sliding/spinning room when you blow a tire and cuts down on the sucked up dust from the side of the road dirtying up what you're towing.

I'd guess $140 parts .. $160 labour, with standard dealer shop rates hovering $80/hr these days. Hour a side to pull the wheel, drop the caliper...pull the disc...hub assembly.. remove old.. clean.. pack new install reinstall disc/caliper/wheel.

I'm waiting for dozens to be charged this spring on Temagami.. since they extended the 4 sanctuary areas (that everyone heads for on "opening day") by a month ! Read and read some more before heading out.

The bendix drive is actually lifting up to the flywheel for him.. just not spinning. Contact lug in starter is pouched or dirty.. just like on old '69 dodge. He's also under warrantee and thus the trip to DT instead of bringing it up to me in the morning as was planned.

You can fish Lakers from the 2nd Sat in May until Sept 30th... on Simcoe. As well as Jan 1st to Mar 15th. EDIT... Be carefull Mike... be absolutely sure to read the EXCEPTIONS for the lake you are going to fish.

A noisy wheel bearing will disintegate instantly one day... and really ruin your day. Wife's 2003 Ford Sport trac (with only 72K on it) went from no noise.. to noise one day and two days later daughter mentioned the noise directly to me.. I jacked it up and the right front outer was totally gone... riding on inner only. Could move front wheel 5 inches travel in/out without moving front hub assembly !! Someone was looking out for us as wife was supposed to make the run to Ottawa and back and I only went with my truck because I wanted to pick up my ice hut! Get it in.. NOW !
