  1. Don't even start with your "US rights" in my thread Billy Bob ! Don't look too hard for rights you don't have in the USA.. like where you can fly and put your own runway.
  2. If he did that in Toronto he'd be looking at 10 years in jail and sitting beside the guy that hit the racoons with a shovel!
  3. 99, now there's something I'll never see! There's a lot of memories there I'm sure Bigbuck....they'll get you by just fine, just wait and see! Condolences on the loss for the family.
  4. Digital is definitely a point to point system. We had Jen set up with a flat screen and digital antenna while in Mount Sinai after her surgery and during her last chemo session. During chemo she had a direct shot at the CN tower and got double the channels she did on the other side of the 11th floor hall after surgery... where I had it set up to get a bounced signal off the kid with braces on the Sick Kids Hospital roof !
  5. I'd probably fish Mill Pond myself...
  6. Tough times I'm sure Darren ! He looks like he was kept well fed ..
  7. Have fun Gord!! Ben and the boys.. oh and that Rob guy.. .should be a great time!
  8. Bring back Leave it To Beaver... so I can hear once again "Don't you think you were a little hard on the Beaver last night Ward?" !
  9. Oh... you said kissing, this is about 3 steps further into the day...
  10. Like Terry said.. his friend was part of the "fun".. 'till it killed him.
  11. I have at least two councilors attempting to get it changed to "30 m" from public lands (so you have 1900 feet of property left for your range). This taking away of "rights" has happened in many municipalities that swallowed a large parcel of "rural" land during amalgamation.
  12. Now by 24 I was married and already had 2 kids and one on the way... but from the ages of 15 to 19 that could have been me on any given night and I'm sure that applies to many around here. Don't be toooo quick to judge!
  13. I fish about the top 8 feet of the water column that time of year, but they are down deep as well.
  14. The way it reads right now and pending what they come up with as a "rural" area map Brian, "during legal hunts" should be okay. I'll keep you informed..
  15. Good luck finding accoms on a long weekend this late in the game. Should be doable, but they won't be prime.
  16. 4 inch heavy white tube jigs, Len Thomson and Williams spoons, 1/8 oz jigs and micro tubes... oh yah, you mentioned you didn't want them scrumptious lakers.. disregard !
  17. Fang beat me to it.. if you have one of Leisure Islands houseboats with the 9.9 the motor is mounted higher than the pontoon bottoms, but if you have one of Lakelands big houseboats with the I/B's you'd better know exactly where you are going getting into Cross Lake. If the wind is light... nice heavy jig/spoon/tube and pretend you're ice fishing. Lakers will love you...
  18. Beauty photoshop job Steve !! Nice fish!
  19. Nope... I got my wildlife control exemption to keep the runway safe to use!
  20. They go up 11 to Cochrane and over thru Hearst to Geralton and down to Thunder Bay because it is flat.. compared to taking 17 that is alot of shifting/grade climbing and hard on equipment. Distance wise is not shorter going thru the USA. Now if we want to get into the savings on gas.. the USA is a no brainer as a route.
  21. Probably is faster if you miss Chicago rush hour that'll cost you at least 2 hours extra...but I can't see it being 6 hours faster. They also aren't taking in border wait times..
  22. I don't know what map he's measuring on.. but I'm darn sure it's shorter thru Canada. Even if it was shorter thru the US.. add 2 border crossings and an anal cavity search and where are you?? EDIT.. missed the shorter thru Canada.. but claiming 6 hours shorter thru the USA.. can't see it.
  23. Lots of things I like about Terry... but his desire for winter is not one of them !
  24. Was starting to think you were asleep at the switch Connie.. I was just putting in my gold bullion order... That 25 lb bar worth 12,000 in 1970 is now worth $785,000 ! (unfortunately I don't have one )
