  1. I spent the night in Niagara Falls.. trust me it's totally clean!
  2. Where the frame connectors and inboard spring rails already there... or is that part of what you've done already?
  3. At least tell me it wasn't a numbers match drive train... and I'll feel a little better! lol It's yours Jose.. you do what every you want with the baby. Hard to find an E body in Canada in that nice of shape after 42 years! My 'birds that clean underneath.. but my 'bee is not.
  4. Yah,,, I know what you meant Geoff.. just didn't want someone reading it to pull ALL the pike out literally.
  5. That would be E Body parts... And all I can say is WHY Jose.. WHY... please put it back together.. don't do a resto mod...
  6. ..and don't forget your circuit breaker!!
  7. Feast or Famine.. we're never happy! Doesn't matter what it is. I thought I'd have 2 months to do what I wanted before heading North.. now have two wrecks to recover and get rebuilt before I can do same. Money's great... work sucks.. that will never change! At least my boss did the typing and won't be screaming at me tomorrow about posting to an open forum...
  8. Thanks guys! .. and Nancy, not glad about the end result.. but certainly glad his suffering is over and he's moved on. Like my Mother put on my father's tombstone "There are better days ahead". Always scratched my head on that one, but now that my mother's dates and my sister's dates have been added to that very stone.. I think I have it figured out!
  9. Lets not get him in trouble Geoff.. you have to follow the possession regs on pike.. you can't just keep throwing them up on shore fish after fish.
  10. There should be no "single strand" (ie SOLID) wire in your boat! Walk into Ideal supply.. they should have what you're after.. or just hit CTC / NAPA for some battery cable joiners in 6 or 4 gauge. Should be able to find them with ends already on and the right length to go between each battery.
  11. Yes Gerry.. there is one speed.. around 55kph that the torque converter doesn't seem to know what to do with all that 360hp up front of the 5.0. Can only describe it as having a high HP street car on the back side of the power curve and the butterfly in the carb wanting to suck open and starts hopping the car. Gives a bit of a hitting/rocking feel to the truck. I just avoid the speed. Haven't had any issue towing heavy. Steel frame enclosed trailer.. with two sleds, huts and lots of crap, or my loaded up 34' deck trailer that weighs 3900 lbs empty. First thing I also do when I start the truck is turn the traction control off. Can't stand it when the engine shuts down because a tire breaks loose..
  12. I'm fairly certain that with the lack of ice on Temagami this year you'll be able to do a late April paddle/power boat to Brookie land with numerous places to camp. Ice out is usually early May... but I don't think it will hold out this year. Was gonna go up again next week, but not with +10 temps most days..
  13. Keep in mind, there are other places (without the traffic or fees) that can give you more solitude than Algonquin as well as Brookies!
  14. "Make sense".. maybe they don't live in the land of make believe (and yes I'm a Leaf's fan as well.. )
  15. One trust worthy bugger Jon! Those days are gone... except for a few spots well North where guys still leave their spud bars hanging outside the huts, propane bottles and shovels as well.. and nobody touches them. Feel bad.. that money you forked out a week back could have been used for the replacement hut! (but Jen is having a great time on the goal line in Boston's end.. staring at Thomas's right shoulder! )
  16. I challenge anyone to keep up... Easy to forget there's nothing holding that leg on but tissue, muscle and will power! <iframe width="420" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/GbFuVsfFegs" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  17. Beauty report Tyler!!!!! Thanks for taking the time and sharing the experience!
  18. Her trip was probably cheaper too Bill! $900 in airfare thanks to it being reading week. Any other time she probably could have done return for $550. She managed to pay for one night out for dinner and even that was a fight.... and they deep sea fished or snorkelled for lobster every day !
  19. Great havin you there Bunker... you get any good pictures??
  20. Temagami Boat Manufacturing Inc. (TBMI) Terry.. the "New" Naden Boat. You can read more in the announce section...
  21. Knew this was where it would go... such an easy target! But watch the news.. at least 5 states absolutely devistated. Have a few friends that lost there home, hangar, aircraft and even the family dog... it's a nightmare south of the border. That said.. I've already made a call up North to bump up production...
  22. At least Frankie knew you could outfish him before you joined up Juli! Shouldn't effect your relationship in the least..
  23. Come'on Paul.. my bow rail is 52" off the trailer!!!
  24. Jesus Paul.. live a little. I just jump from the bow to the bed.. crank the trailer winch tight and climb back in and shut the engine down. Jump back in the truck box, climb over onto the back tire and drive the puppy out! I'll be 50 in 21 days.....
