FYI, I just checked Costco LED bulbs, they are made by Sunbeam and ANS/UL and CSA certified and energy star rated, 3 for $20 is a pretty good price IMO.
Electonic board in the opener can be finicky,
Plugging it in a good surge protector might help,
you can try calling the menufecturer, they might have a fix for that issue.
No personal experience but heard some good reviews about Weber's Marine in Markham ( Hwy 7 & McCowan area )

10 years with Bearing Buddies, no problems what so ever.
The key is to understand how they work and maintain the correct grease "pressure". and NOT over grease them.

Some of my fishing reels are 15+ year old and they work just as good if not better than when they were new, It sure pays to learn and do your own reel maintenance, it also gives me something to do in the winter.
I just ordered a whole bunch of carbontex drag washers for some of my reels.
AKA Pomfret, one of the best tasting salt water fish IMO,
no scales to clean, just remove guts, score the skin a few places, rub with your favorite spices, garlic & lime juice, shallow fry and serve hot with home made salsa & chips
