  1. They both tug at the heart when they are played. The give a feeling and sense of pride for those that stand up for our rights!
  2. Thanks for sharing your report!
  3. I found this photo of my mother taking aim with her brother. I can't imagine her ever shooting a gun.
  4. Pink Jig Head and 3" white twister.
  5. I talked my wife into joining me for a fishing trip this past Sunday. I figured the sun and the warm forecast would be all she needed. Well, she did expect to catch a fish also. We got into a few and she was able to land two largies. I managed about 6, but they shut down once noon rolled around, so we just enjoyed floating around the little lake we chose. It was hard to believe that it was the beginning of November.
  6. It's a Democracy and the people have spoken. Just glad it's over with.
  7. His place is always packed!
  8. I'm sure Matthews is capable of handling himself and Marner has had to survive the junior goons trying to take him out. It's all part of the game and they know how to handle themselves. I like watching the Leafs play with some grit. Whiners can take their puck and go home.
  9. It seemed to be holding strong Dan. I am going to run a few other tests over the weekend. It's just strange that I have never heard any grinding or clunking.
  10. I stopped fishing the kawarthas in the fall captain. I have lived on Pigeon for over 30 years and fished it longer. We used to do great in the fall fishing weed lines and any moving water using jigs with minnows. That all seemed to change when the zebra mussels showed up. I guess I just didn't adjust to the changes. Deeper water is where I would try, but it's a little far for me to travel by boat to get to the deep water. I do believe that minnows are the trick.
  11. So I pulled the axle actuator again and put it in 4x4 when it was out of the diff. It's working, so on to the next step and seeing if the front diff is the problem as DanD said.
  12. It's nice that they are continued to be honoured! My father was stationed in Holland for a time during WWII.
  13. Just thought I would share some photos. Imagine if we couldn't share our opinions on this site???
  14. This is the fuse panel under the hood and I don't see one named FRT AX or I'm blind.https://www.google.ca/search?q=image+2004+silverado+fuses&biw=1280&bih=907&tbm=isch&imgil=mODMa1txrDOiyM%253A%253BuomxHtrGxPsUqM%253Bhttp%25253A%25252F%25252Fwww.gridgit.com%25252Fpost_chevy-fuse-block-diagram_361386%25252F&source=iu&pf=m&fir=mODMa1txrDOiyM%253A%252CuomxHtrGxPsUqM%252C_&usg=__tDbo8SMapIIiY5ivXwnt4BHGR9s%3D&ved=0ahUKEwjyhuT-2YzQAhVG9GMKHQWxBRIQyjcIKA&ei=BT0bWLLwDcbojwOF4paQAQ#imgrc=TIRyZ3Scq_bgiM%3A https://www.google.ca/search?q=image+2004+silverado+fuses&biw=1280&bih=907&tbm=isch&imgil=mODMa1txrDOiyM%253A%253BuomxHtrGxPsUqM%253Bhttp%25253A%25252F%25252Fwww.gridgit.com%25252Fpost_chevy-fuse-block-diagram_361386%25252F&source=iu&pf=m&fir=mODMa1txrDOiyM%253A%252CuomxHtrGxPsUqM%252C_&usg=__tDbo8SMapIIiY5ivXwnt4BHGR9s%3D&ved=0ahUKEwjyhuT-2YzQAhVG9GMKHQWxBRIQyjcIKA&ei=BT0bWLLwDcbojwOF4paQAQ#imgrc=TIRyZ3Scq_bgiM%3A
  15. Interesting and good info to know. I think my issue is a little different though. I'm not getting any warnings to fix 4x4 or codes coming up. I hear the transfer case motor shifting and my front drive shaft will turn when I shift into one of the 4WD positions that's why I thought it was the axle lock.
  16. I just can't figure out which one it is though, the manual isn't very clear on identifying some of the fuses. Thanks for everyone's suggestions,
  17. LOL Guess I'm going fishing instead!
  18. That's what I thought Dara, but nothing that simple as to say front axle actuator. Must be listed under something else. I googled it and that didn't help me either.
  19. Trying to find the location of the fuse is another thing Tom. But yes, I thought of that. I appreciate your suggestion. Thanks,
  20. My lips are sealed on that spot. :-)
  21. I have a 2004 Silverado 1500. I lost my 4x4 this fall and it has me stumped. I hear the motor shift the transfer case. The front drive shaft doesn't turn in 2wd, but will turn in 4wd, but no turning of the front wheels. I changed out the axle actuator with one from the wreckers to see if that's what the problem was. No luck. Has anyone had this experience and found a solution? My next step is to try the actuator outside of the axle to see if the plunger is working. Maybe wiring??? Any tips or hints would be appreciated. Thanks,
  22. Those are my stomping grounds there! Nice job.
  23. They love them in this lake for some reason and easier to work with in the varying depths. They also catch the lakers that are stocked in the lake.
