Just to keep with the old I left the front and back black very happy about this MERRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL!!!!!

My beloved Mission 753 have been in hibernation for the last 7 years I blew the tweeter out about then with my old tube amp it suffered a power issue that rippled out to the speakers So I bagged them up and that was that until yesterday. did a lot of research and endured a lot of drivel for “audiophiles” and landed on a matched set to bring them back to life keep in mind someone else had these for the better part of 15 years I love pawn shops! they were looking rough when I got them but the sound was magical anyway I’ll let the pictures do the talking going to rearrange the living room in the next couple days and find the right fit for these bad boys it’s been far to long not that I don’t have a special love for my psb’s just a little more for the mission’s

Dead Flat this morning no wind just the offshore energy roar ,the smell this morning was amazing and bordering on indescribable. Lost power twice last night and had a dog fur hat most of the night. FUN TIMES IN THE MARITIMES!!!

Now what I’m going to tell you works best on Clearwater days specifically this time of year I’m going to share with you a gator spot that is off the hook husky jerks work really well trick is to get along the bottom and you will be able to see the lure and the fish come in to strike electric is favourable but not necessary you can use a paddle to probe around. I hate still fishing really! I have attention issues and if have have to screw around counting and playing scientist it takes the rawness out of it and the shine comes off ive fished salmon on the big o for 50+ years and never used a line counter on a reel. planner boards, dipsies and all manner of salmon thingies just not my bag or a tool I would even remotely find interesting to each their own pass on the counter! peter

I’ve only ever used a counter on a down rigger never on a reel absolutely no conceivable reason for me to ever do that. im not the greatest fisher in the world but I can put a lot in a boat. it’s just me

These digits coincide with the last two digits of the year in which the outboard was manufactured.
