I would walk away from her - some of the high volume agents routinely list low as it equals a far better bottom line for them. If you have time - sell it on your own. That is by far the best plan. It will be harder work but you will be paid 25,000 for your hours and effort. If you are in a hurry then find a new agent. If you sell it yourself people will try to lowball you cause they know you are saving 25,000 in commission fees. I hate when people rip on other peoples professions though. If people don't like agents don't use one. It's up to the seller. And if all real estate agents make so much or too much then why don't people just go get their license and start taking in the cash while golfing every day. My brother n law was a real estate agent for a while. He is honest and hard working. It was harder to make money than people may think. And yes he told me there are snakes doing it and under listing regularly. Good luck with the sale Cliff.

Oops. I just watched video. That's a different boat.

An acquaintance of mine just sold a beautiful Triton and bought that Lund - it is decked out to the max apparently. I have not seen it yet.

Great camping in the island - been some nuisance bears there lately.

Picnic Island Campground has pay parking.

Tupelo is correct IMO Good luck with the boat purchase:)

Drifter - Not once u factor in trailer, motor, batteries... He is correct. A wider Beamed 16' and maybe a 17' is about right. Although my friend has an older 19' princecraft Hudson that is more bare bones and light.

Sonar Question- Down Imaging and Side Scanning
landry replied to chris.brock's topic in General Discussion
I agree that the DI sucks as HB does not have a dedicated DI sonar crystal in their SI units. It still shows weeds more clearly than sonar but j use sonar way more. As for the SI - on a small screen like yours it may not be the greatest but it is awesome for finding weed edges, trees, boulders and soft/hard bottom edges in water shallower than 50'. I have started looking for and finding alewife schools on Lake O with it too. I have also used it to find larger fish such as catfish, big walleye in the Detroit R and Muskie - some of which I ended up catching. -
Haha. Well said Dutch.

The ipilot is proven to be durable. The xi5 is waaaay quieter, turns twice as fast and has a much tighter spot lock - durability is unproven. Tough call. I like the xi5 perfoance better but am a Minn Kota guy and they hold up really well.

I hate all politicians. Most are all self serving liars. But I hate Conservatives the most. They care only about the bottom line and big business. They steadily push Canada towards becoming another America. Canada should strive for better than that. Now - don't ask me where we can find a better solution. I have no faith in the Liberals or NDP either. I will vote for what I bieve to be the lesser of three evils.

I caught a 10 lb catfish on a burned double ten Muskie bucktail yesterday on St Clair. Not quite as weird as this but rather odd still.

I have been out jigging a few times this summer and done very well on calm days with no anchor - just chase the line with your trolling motor to stay on top of jig. Like stated above DSI will not be good for that application. You might have gotten interference from your other unit although that usually makes vertical lines on the screen. I do find that I get horizontal lines at times too - think it is sonar hitting my line. I found my old elite5 marked baits poorly past 70' no matter what I did. I have an HB 859 now and it picks up deep jigs really well. Check your transducer setting and select 83/200. I have found that to be best.

I find Erie and St clair waves to be more spread out and therefore harder to get on top of with my 16' boat.

I got two for my boat too. The 27" size is perfect for 5'8" or taller people IMO. I had to order mine online. I think I got the second on at BPS but not sure.

Sonar Question- Down Imaging and Side Scanning
landry replied to chris.brock's topic in General Discussion
I just got one this spring. HB 899 SI. FOR MUSKIE - not so useful. Although today I precisely marked the edge of a 1 km long weed and rock drop off on St Clair in one pass at 5 mph. For bass - incredible. U can find weed clumps and boulders quickly on deep flats, Mark them and fish each one. Well worth it IMO. I have scouted, found and caught catfish and Detroit R walleyes using SI. It is way better than DI as it shows you bottom makeup, structure, bait and larger sized fish as well. You can find more faster with SI than DI. Next year I will add ipilot or xi5 pinpoint to hold myself easily on my discovers structure spots. -
WARNING TO ALL ... DRYLAND MARINA RICHMOND HILL

North East Shank - that was an ignorant post. This guy obviously got ripped off. You obviously don't give a damn. Sorry to hear that - been there before. I deal with Bay City Marine now. They have always been fair and professional. I have places closer but it is worth the 45min drive for me. -
What is the best wood to use for bunks? I may redo mine this summer. Thanks.

When using plastic instead of carpet, Do u have to keep boat hooked up when launching so it doesn't slide off the trailer onto the ramp?
-
I love to jig but those darn worm harnesses are hard to beat along a weed edge in the Kawarthas or Haliburton.

Yes. I agree. I am gonna plug the intake and watch it. Thanks guys. Good simple idea Any chance water can come in the live well drain line fitting at the transom too?? I was not running the live well at all when iteaked btw.
