It was a pleasure fishing with you two!
A slow day as far as Simcoe perch goes. They havn't moved into the usual spots yet. Another few weeks, and it will start to pick up.
Thanks for letting me keep some of the fish YOU caught..! I think you lifted more fish then Rob and I combined Made a nice little snack for when I got home.
My hunting partner and I both made a pact to hunt more waterfowl at the start of the season, and hold off until late October, maybe November before we start beating the bush.
Good luck all the hunters this year. Play safe!
He got the Mosberg 3 barrel 3" chamber. Camo pattern. For $500. Most hunting store have them for sale a few times a year for that price, sometime cheaper.
The Mosberg reps where there today with some sort of display set up..
My buddy just left a Barrie CTC store with a brand new 3 barrel combo Mosberg Shotgun..
I think it was the one on Bayfield. At least one Canadian tire in Barrie has been approved to sell firearms.
Do any other CTC stores sell fire arms?? This is the first I've herd of it.
Wonder if they will have %70 off fires amrs like they do with the tools
I was on a spare in my last year of high school. When we herd the first plane hit, we went home and watched it in my living room.
A few friends and I watched the towers come down on live TV.
During all the commotion, we heard a loud bang..
Later found out (totally un-related) that it was my neighbour blowing his brains out with a high power hunting rifle..
We saw all the police cars there on our way back to school.
I use the lindy "spunge tube".
As long as you burry the barbs, they don't come out. I've only been using it for a few months now, but have never had a hook come out. I keep all my hooks, sinkers, etc... In their original packages.
Good job man.
Carbs can be a little "intimidating" at first. But once you get the hang of how to re-assemble, and adjust them, there not so bad.
I did the same thing as you earlier this year, minus the guitar string.
Been getting quite a few in the past few years.
I hope it doesn't effect the fish as far as table fair goes.. Herd they are toxic, so i would think if the trout and whities are eating them, then they may become a little toxic too?
Just look for other anglers. Usually there's a group of people around the tiffen st boat launch. And on the wave break around the city marina. Just watch for the no fishing signs.
You need a real light set up, something you can cast a long way out.
Minnows, or worms, on or close to bottom.
