  2. That's something you guys will never forget. Great report, I enjoyed reading that.
  3. Figured something like that would happen. They're a bunch of tough folks there in Goderich.
  4. Great report man! The paint job looks awesome!
  5. I herd on the news the day was to start off with NW winds, changing to N winds later in the day. That'll make a mess of cooks bay. Good decision on switching it up..
  6. Looks like you guys has a good time eh. Good deal on the new canoe! That pic of you getting a wet is one for the books
  7. You're right. He's hooked!. Look at that grin eh.
  8. Boat lights, head lamp, flash light, and sometime I'll take my 3,000,000 candle power spot light too.
  9. What's the saying. Kids who fish and hunt don't rob little old ladies.. Your boy took that to a new level. Must make ya feel warm inside eh!
  10. I wish I could put my wife on 3 ski's in 4 hours. Thank god she's happy with a few pike in a weekend trip. Great job man! good on ya.
  11. I love the night troll for walters. All alone in the darkness, nice and quiet on the water. There's a river that I fish a few times a year, and the only time I can seem to get a walter bite is a night. We don't leave camp till around 9, and return at 12ish. There's current there, and lots of ups and downs, so I'm not sure the exact depth they hit at. Somewhere between 5 and 15 feet. Trolling wally-divers, or rattle traps.
  12. Great video clip. Now you know what cloud 9 feels like eh

    earthquake

Dang.. You beat me to it!! HAhaha. Felt it here in Barrie.. Lasted a while too. A few minutes anyways. A little more intense then the one last year. Last year, the quake was followed by the tornado in Midland. This year, there's a tornado in Goderich then another quake. Weird..

    RIP Jack

He was a leader right to the end. On his death bed, he spend some of his final moments putting this letter together. Incredibly dedicated.
  16. The trolling really pushed the numbers up eh. My electric has atleast 150+ hours on it when I roughly add up the time. It's about 3 years old.
  17. I'm selling a motor for a freind. It's a 1989 with 172.5 hours. The guy bought it new, and documented every time he ran it. Works out to around 8 hours a year. Just wondering how many hours you guys have on your motors. I've tried to guess mine, since I've owned it. Must be atleast 10 to 15 hours a year of running. I trol with my electric, if I didn't have that, it would be much more..
  18. Wish you luck man!
  19. Not at $15 bucks a spool... I've had some nasty nests, and have always got them out in 5 minutes max. never had to cut line.
  20. Just herd he passed away. Sad news. http://calgary.ctv.ca/servlet/an/local/CTVNews/20110822/ndp-leader-jacklayton-obit/20110822/?hub=CalgaryHome
  21. Right on Lew, thanks for the report! Some nice beastly looking skis
  22. I'm sure Joey will be back soon enough! Glad to see you guys got in to them. Nice little eaters.
  23. That's what I was getting at.
  24. Maybe I'm alone on this one.. But I see no issues with charging this guy. Maybe not for the DUI, but for not have all the requires safety gear, or something. The guy broke several laws. Sure, he wasn't endangering others life, but he was endangering his own. Just like wearing a seat belt, or a helmet on a motorcycle.
  25. I'm sure I'll say this about your next report.. but that was one if the best reports I've ever read. Man, I'm glad your part of the OFC!!
