Personally I have been a customer of TD for 25+ years and have no complaints. I would agree on the lenght of term,the trend looks like it is down you may get a better rate in a few months. Just my thought on mortgage brokers just be careful I know a couple brokers and one will get you a big mortgage that you can`t afford and the other will set you up with a mortage that makes sense for your situation.

I would suggest you go to the spring fishing and boat show should be lots of packages on display so you can compare bang for buck. Legend is famous for the low sticker price and for that low sticker you get a skinny boat with a 50 HP 2 stroke. If your looking at something decent from Legend and properly powered the price jumps into the 23-24k range and when you get into that price range other doors open up. Last year I picked up a 16'-7" Alumacraft with a 90" beam full windshield,Galvanized trailer, 90 HP Yamaha 4 stroke for 18,500 but keep in mind the motor was 1 year old.

Does your car battery freeze in the winter time??? A fully charged battery will NOT freeze if it`s not fully charged it will freeze. I store my batteries in my garage all winter, just throw a charge in them every 2 months or so and they will be fine. And as most know by now storing a battery on a cement floor will NOT drain a battery.

Wasn`t it Paul Maurice that said at the beginning of the year that this was the best collection of talent that he has ever had? I have to agree with you Tybo, I have been a Nascar fan for almost 40 years and the last few years have been a bore. My watching schedule as been pretty much reduced to the Daytona and Talledaga races. Since the passing of Dale Sr.(loved to hate him)and the retirement of D dubya and Rusty Wallace I have a hard time getting excited about any of the current drivers or the sport.

I checked out that Splenda blog and all I can say is wow that is some list of symtoms, I think every human medical malady is covered. I think I have the weight gain one!

The wife and I have been using Splenda for 2 years now with no ill affects that I am aware of.
