  1. I can't wait for fall either.. Cuz then I'll have the whole lake to myself
  2. I've bought 2 or 3 different brands, different types.. they all looked good, but never caught anything for me.
  3. I'd buy them again because I miss that awesome video included with the fishing kit.. that was the best comedy I ever saw!

    Carp Pics

They're just spawning NOW? Where were these pics taken?
  5. Congrats to all those guys, it really takes some skill to get the tops in those tournaments. My hat is off to you! Mark, is the arm surgery fishing related? I think I've worn my right arm out too. My stupid doctor tells me nothing is wrong, no need for X-Rays. I'm "too young to have an arm injury" I think she just doesn't believe I could sustain any sort of injury from fishing.
  6. Those sure are some beauty largies. Nice work, thanks for sharing!
  7. There should have been a set of shorter cables included for the butterfly press. At least there was with mine.
  8. Many available at our website, which I hope is okay to post since you asked: www.actionanglingtv.com
  9. Anywhere from the University to Little Lake is very shore accessible. Bass fishing is best by the University IMO. If you go over the bridge at the University to the east side there is a small outflow almost directly below the bridge, I caught tons of smallies there from shore. Also near the dam above Trent U is great. Pick a spot, you'll surely get something. There's a rowing club on a large slower pool down river from Trent U.. there can be good bass and musky fishing in there too.
  10. Correct! That is the weight of the sandwich he's finishing up!
  11. What are you after? Muskies in Little Lake right in town, and below Lock 19. For pickerel and bass from the University all the way down to the dam above Little Lake is good. Musky in there too.
  12. Come on GCD everyone knows you're holding it close to the camera so it looks 3". Looks more like 2 to me. With it being the size I believe it is, i'd say 12lbs
  13. Hey, I wasn't bashing ya. In fact, since mulling over your post I ran outside to get real sweaty, poured fish juice on my clothes and disconnected the water.
  14. We're talking about mosquitoes not women!
  15. I'm pretty sure that's a wives tale. I tried it and it didn't seem to work, though I'm pretty sure at that point there was nothing that could mask the odour of my sweat. lol
  16. Yeah I'd say it all depends on the dealership. Doesn't matter what they deal they could be great or shady on their policies.
  17. Good stuff. Let us know how it pans out.
  18. Sheesh, shows how much work goes into construction these days!
  19. Congrats man, I wish you two many fish-filled years of happiness!
  20. Nice ones dude!
  21. Yea no kiddin, only Rapala baits I ever saw were just Normark treble hooks, they had a big bin of them at the front door last summer.
  22. I hear they fight a little harder than largemouth too.
  23. My brother is a mechanic, and says the trucks coming in for the most major repairs last year were Chev Silverados, and anything Dodge. Dodge mostly transmission problems, GM.. just about everything. He said Ford's are actually pretty good trucks, for American made.
  24. Considering Rapalas at cost are less than 2 bucks.. you figure it out!
