If a farmers livestock is threatened he can shoot and kill animals at any time of year this includes the neighbors dog ...there are permits however for animals /birds that do not threaten the livestock but do threaten their food such as deer/canadian geese etc. The permit is issued to the farmer on a yearly basis (if he applies) and is called a scare permit...means he can unload @ them but not to kill unless its open season Most farmers all have licenses for the certain game during a certain season but more importantly they pay for their varmint permit to protect their livelihood so that they can produce tablefare.... If you ate today ...thank a farmer for raising disease free table fare...personally i have tried almost every type of wild food there is to consume through different fund raisers @ gun clubs and ill NEVER have raccoon/yote on any table that i eat at ....but i would kill every single coon that found its way into our corn storage or barns ....the need to kill a yote has never arisen for me but has for many friends...so be it

Before everyone gets all caught up in the season ...Merry Christmas !!! Someone spiked my egg nog!!!!!!! Ill Leave you with this : THE TWELVE DAYS OF CHRISTMAS On the first day of Christmas, my true love said to me, I've bought a big fresh turkey, and a proper Christmas tree. On the second day of Christmas, much laughter could be heard, As we tucked into our turkey, a most delicious bird. On the third day of Christmas, came the people from next door, The turkey tasted just as good it did the day before. On the fourth day of Christmas, some wine and cheese we had, We were bright and happy, the turkey a little sad. On the fifth day of Christmas, outside the snowflakes scurried, But we were nice and warm inside, we had the turkey curried. On the sixth day of Christmas, the Christmas spirit died, The children fought and bickered so we had the turkey fried. On the seventh day of Christmas, my true love he did wince, When he sat down at the table, and was offered turkey mince. On the eight day of Christmas, the dog has run for shelter, He had seen our turkey pancakes, and the glass of Alka-Selzter On the ninth day of Christmas, by lunch time Dad was blotto, He knew the bird was back, this time as rice risotto. On the tenth day of Christmas, we were drinking home-made brew, As if that wasn't bad enough we were eating turkey stew. On the eleventh day of Christmas, the Christmas tree was moulting, With chili, soya and oyster sauce, the turkey was revolting. On the twelth day of Christmas, we had a smile on our lips, The guests had gone, the turkey too, and we dined on fish and chips. and to All a good night ...cheers !!!!!

My Data comes from Grade 4 science class If you make the drain larger on the tub (bad decision)..water is going to leave it quicker ....the excuses from the so called "paid for by Government" scientists are merely scrambling to divert the blame for a convenient screw up to get shipping freighters into Huron. This is a lengthy debate as to what really is going on with respected opinions from both sides of the issue...i sit on the side of human error more then i sit on the side of the small climate change making drastic changes to the levels causing "lake front" properties to become "lake view" properties in a very short amount of time ....coincidentally since the dredge that torrented out of control washing bait fish out into Lake St Clair and Erie...hence a small contributing factor to the starvation of the top predators in Huron that are now thriving in the lower Great Lakes. Climate change in MY opinion is going to make the Lakes BIGGER/DEEPER until there is no more ice to melt..then it will decline As i stated in the first post "all that cost was my .02" If you fall and break your arm..do you really need a Doctor to tell you its broken?

Ill PM you my name so the engraver doesnt mess it up seriously it shouldnt be a problem but if there is a concern of anodization you can always put a light clear coat of fingernail polish on it to seal but i dont think it is necessary Someones going to be lucky Christmas morn ...i too bought my son a new float reel for Christmas and was considering engraving it...decided against it

i could have saved them the 4 million they spent on the study and told them the 2 million they spent on the St Clair River dredging Project in 03 was the primary cause of our northern great lakes declining ( hence the reason Erie isnt changing ) all that cost was my .02 http://www.greatlakesdirectory.org/on/072503_great_lakes.htm
