I use a Jiffy ice auger for 2 or 3 years. It was always wobbeling during drilling and a pain to drill. Made a photo and asked Jiffy if the angle at the blade holder is normal. Answer was: It does look bent. You can order a new auger at our website. --- The shown angle goes over the whole blade holder including the welding!! There is no way I could bend this big metal. Never pressed or bumped the auger on the ice. If the angle is not normal then this auger was a faulty construction. My question: Is there anybody who can have a look at their auger where the ripper blade is installed. Is there an angle or is it flat under the ripper blade?

What are you talken about? Can you please explain your " immigration social program", please give some examples. There is no social program for immigrants I know of. Immigrants must have a lot of money or a sponsoring family member with money or a job that no Canadiana are availabe for. They must be in good health, no criminal record and must expose their whole life story, work history, travel everything to Immigration Canada! I think some people here are talking about different groups of people coming to Canada: immigrants, refugees and temporary foreign workers.

Thank's to the CBC for that article. Hoping it starts a great discussion. As for the trash: The same here - trash in the bush all over the place. Very often we have to clean fishing spots. Small lakes stocked with brookies we picked up garbage that fills 2 big garbage bags. Other stocked lakes you can find old windows, doors, mattresses, beer cans, plastic.. And Tim Hortens cups for shure everywhere...
