I didn't know if anchors were in season so I didn't take a picture... well I had a little time so I thought I would take the new folding boat out for a test on the river took a little longer to put together then my old one, but that square back is nice found out the transom isn't thick enough for my electric to tighten down so I will be adding a piece of wood and the 2.5 hp motor needs to be raised a bit so it can swing all the way right and left..all easy to fix but it was all together so off I went...the 2.5 pushed her at 10kph..just a flying stopped and did a bit of fishing..didn't catch anything got back to the ramp and it came apart real quick..all and all it was all I was hoping for and I can't wait to get it on the ATV and fish some more back lakes, if I can find any more.............

well on the keswick side you can go north on leslie or woodbine to Ravenshoe left(west) down the hill pass the baseball park next road to the right lakeshore to the canals on the left.... they have been getting lots of perch and crappie there lately not big ones but lots

I don't know of any on that side but from what I hear later this year they are closing that area to fishing too..problems with litter seems to be the towns reason.they closed youngs harbour last year to fishing and now Beverly isles this year......we seem to shoot ourselves in the foot all the time...

it's working better for me now the board was timing out each time I sent it so I couldn't tell if it was sent........ it does show determination.......

yeah... I was just seeing if people thought it was a good idea I was with a group of about 25 people and someone asked if they were doing anything for Cananda day rhis year and right away some said well if it falls on a weekend this year we will be doing lots and that was the general consensuses , that people really only celebrated it when it fell on weekends..I thought celebrating it was a good thing oh well party on Garth yeah party on ........

dates are for historians events are for people....when it falls on a tues. through thrus. I don't do anything to celebrate it but I do when it falls on a long weekend.............. but no problem..note fisherman, not invited to canada day BBQ

there is an anchor system that lets you pull the boat to shore to get on or off then it springs back out away from shore..but I can't remember the name of it I am sure someone will know what I am talking about
