Are we trying to run before we crawl? C/AV death today
chris.brock replied to Old Ironmaker's topic in General Discussion
In the video it doesn't look like the car even hit the brakes. What kind of sensors do AVs use to detect other objects? Whatever system they use, it didn't look too safe in that video. -
We went for a family outing and it was a good time. $30 total for my wife and me as an OFAH promo code thing, my little guy free, free parking, brought our own food/ drinks. I'm pretty sure my son will remember the shooting pellet guns and sitting on the OPP sleds and ATVs.

The news report I saw said the pedestrian who got killed walked into traffic not at a crosswalk and it didn't matter who or what was driving, the accident was inevitable. -
I haven't seen those. Are they sold as fishing rod tubes or something else?

I can't even imagine, absolutely tragic, terrible news.

The words Toronto, and Sportsman Show don't really go together anymore, maybe they should call it The Toronto Outdoors All people and Gender and Sexual Preferences Show to avoid this stuff. protesting what? I might go tomorrow but if the weather is nice, might not.

I'm a little different, I don't like having to change the clocks, it messes me up and I like the middle ground like March and September,

Are Polarized Fishing Glasses worth it
chris.brock replied to LittleWorm's topic in General Discussion
It's not a scam at all, they work. If you want to try something better than the stuff at Canadian Tire but don't want to spend $200+, the Sunclouds get decent reviews and are $50 at MEC. 4.6667 out of 5 stars with 3 reviews for Suncloud Cutout Polarized Sunglasses - Unisex (3) Suncloud Cutout Polarized Sunglasses - Unisex Available prices$49.99 3.75 out of 5 stars with 4 reviews for Suncloud Mayor Polarized Sunglasses - Unisex (4) Suncloud Mayor Polarized Sunglasses - Unisex Available prices$49.99 5 out of 5 stars with 1 reviews for Suncloud Turbine Polarized Sunglasses - Unisex (1) Suncloud Turbine Polarized Sunglasses - Unisex Available prices$49.99 -
wow, he's growing up quick and becoming quite the outdoorsman what years his Bravo, 93?

we've got lots of bull crap calls going our way tonight but at the NHL meetings this summer they should try to mandate- HEY REFS, CHILL DOWN AND TRY NOT TO CONTROL AND SEVERELY INFLUENCE EVERY GAME
-
It would be a pretty strong statement if we could beat Tampa again tonight after beating Boston on Saturday. But yeah, I'm glad management didn't mortgage the farm because they think we are ready and a cup contender right now.

Ouch. Is that Kypreos speculating? Babcock didn't sound that concerned about the injury.

Tomas Tatar to Vegas for a 1st, 2nd and 3rd round pick? that seems a little steep

JVR is soft on the puck and mostly invisible during a game and the worst +/- . He does have a touch around the net. If the price is right I wouldn't mind him being traded. He doesn't really fit with the new Leaf team.

it's on Rogers sportsnet, not CBC while the Olympics are on

Exciting, come from behind win tonight. I'm not really liking how opponents are taking liberties with our guys. Martin and Polak are out, we have zero toughness. Clutterbuck needs a good beating. This play was very dirty and dangerous, and then Maata pats him on the back, makes my blood boil. https://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/leafs-hyman-taken-boards-hard-maatta/

Where I was down there was a protected sanctuary with no shore or pier fishing.

Yep, pretty common. Some guys, the stuff they buy, is automatically and always awesome. It's like they're delusional or maybe they can't admit they may have bought a dog because it insults their intelligence or manhood or something. It must be a syndrome.

My wifes is a BK..... and has pretty well all peeled off. It kinda detracts from her nice, newer vehicle but I make her keep it for the for the 407 perks.

Air Cochrane does have 30+ outposts. North of Cochrane the lakes tend to be smaller, shallow, dishpan lakes and the camps and boats are typically basic. I have fished Ogoki Lake twice, it's an awesome lake. Makokibaton or other camps on the Albany River would be a good choice too. I don't know anything about Wilderness North, it was years ago, but their camps looked to be well kept. It would be best to just contact Mike and get his opinions- https://www.canadafishingguide.net/

Looks like a fun, successful day. I try calling to my mom and my girlfriend but I couldn’t find that happy medium between them hearing and the rest of the lake not hearing I thought that was funny, well writen.

There's depths to 80 feet (or more). If you drive down York Blvd and look out, you'll see where the guys are fishing. I think the water quality in the Harbor is ok now but the sediment is still heavily contaminated. I wouldn't eat anything from there.

Beauty! I am fishing in a derby up there tomorrow and a beast like that would definitely put me in the money.

I think the trade was basically 2 teams disappointed at where they are in the standings, trying to shake things up.

Those extended family members all buy Miele appliances too, at any given time, one of them is always buggered, lol, I find comical
