  1. I have a double burner Mr. Heater and it has never gone out. How old is it? If it is not too old I would take it back.
  2. Let's give him the benefit of the doubt. He stated 120-130 kms. This is distance, not distance over time.
  3. I guess you just take it and be his poodle (provided you are talking about your leg).
  4. I have ordered from there before. They have good service but be careful ordering rods from the states. I have done so in the past and out of 4 rods, 2 have arrived broken despite the fragile stickers all over the tube. BPS has St Croix mojos for sale. about $100 and they are pretty beefy.
  5. Be careful of your buddy's dog. 105 pounds and he looks powerful and in the last pic he is sporting a 'red-on' !!!! He might have his way with you. Good luck with that. PS Nice Speck!
  6. I hope they are guaranteed in Canada, it is a canadian company. Keep the money in Canada. I was thinking of the gold carrot. Supposed to be real nice
  7. If I had the choice right now I would like to give some of the new e21 rods a shot. I would probably mate it with a new curado 200.
  8. lol! Still too early. Stick with the virtual fishing for now.
  9. lol. Worse part is that I couldn't find FOX so I missed the conclusion. I must assume big 18 won. He was walking away from everyone.
  10. Good vid. I need to wear my pfd more often as well.
  11. I am not complaining about the test. I am actually for it (but don't want to part with my $$). The point of this thread is that the people who might need the test most don't have to take it to operate a boat.
  12. I looked at those last year and I thought it might work. Who knows. I remember almost buying the color colorClector backin the 80s.
  13. The shop was a front; all smoke and mirrors (but mostly smoke)
  14. I am in. He was excited about his fish this year (09 classic) because 1st place is $500000 and 2nd is $45000. He thought it might have been a $450000 swing fish. I guess it would be like you or me winning the lottery
  15. I read some crazy stat somewhere that stated that the a 2 hour sun-exposed body (shorts on) can produce the equivalent of a wheelbarrow full of vitamin D pills!
  16. We had better not fish together.
  17. I will park on the ice so I don't get a parking ticket on the road but that is usually in about 1-2 ft of water and about 10 ft from shore so that doesn't count.
  18. That is my favourite clause of this cash cow. If you rent a boat you don't need the license. LOL! Generally speaking people who rent boats have the least amount of experience using boats so why not allow them to operate without a license? Makes sense to me. ha
  19. Mike is an Over the top fisherman for sure but I can't help but like him. He is from Jersey and he is a freak but you just never know what he is going to do. He does yell a lot but that boy can fish. He is passionate about fishing. Watch these clips. People either hate him or love him. I think he is great and he adds some spice to the Bass Elite. Whenever you hear Mercer or anyone else yell "NEVER GIVE UP!!!! you know where they got it from. Iaconelli is a legend. and this his winning fish in the 03 classic at the last second of the tourney. lol! and his patented move this is classic Iaconelli (a bit lond but funny ending)
  20. Great down to the wire finish. I like both Skeet and Mike. Mike is a nut and Skeet is always there too. Mike has already won one classic and this is indeed Skeet's first. Good tourney.
  21. I like it. Only thing I would question is the size of the motor. Would rather have 50+ hp.
  22. get there early or no parking for you. Parking fine is $30 and they do ticket. Make sure you are at least 9m from the intersection.
  23. Commercial netter on Georgian Bay regularly sell walleye to the public. Pretty sure they are Native Canadian netters. I think they are allowed.
  24. If you are up Barrie way, Simcoe Bait and tackle have all sizes and they are $229.
