I am not complaining about the test. I am actually for it (but don't want to part with my $$). The point of this thread is that the people who might need the test most don't have to take it to operate a boat.

Mike is an Over the top fisherman for sure but I can't help but like him. He is from Jersey and he is a freak but you just never know what he is going to do. He does yell a lot but that boy can fish. Commercial netter on Georgian Bay regularly sell walleye to the public. Pretty sure they are Native Canadian netters. I think they are allowed.

If you are up Barrie way, Simcoe Bait and tackle have all sizes and they are $229.
