    GBAY, OH THAT GBAY. It can get nasty and mean. Thought I was going to last out there, but the 4-5 ft rollers were just to much. Oh the toon held strong,but casting was another thing. LOL Thought I had the recording , but found out when I got home, I didnt. Dang. I do know now though, breaking waves will comes up and over my seat. LMAO It was a blast non the less. Crazy bugger I am. So I was told by many of the shore anglers when I came in. HA HA HA HA

    I have looked for an access spot for the toon on Rush. No luck. Best I could see was off the main road, but no place to park. Maybe Im missing something, as there are boats on it. Maybe a private launch on private property.

    Hey kerry. Yes they are. I only know this, as my buddy has been there for many years, and is in contact with the MNR regularly about this. They are proposing to build a dam by the road so they can access it. Between Rush and Head creek. This year has been the worse they have seen in 30 years. Low water, lots of heat and choking with weeds. Worse fishing they have had as well.The oringinal dam, many feel someone or group, distroyed it. He has scooped up dead bass and 2 musky so far from his water front. Sad.

    Got to love how a plan comes together. I was going to make straps for the shell. Went to get the materials at wal mart and they had these kids back packs on for $4.85. And there was pink ones. Brain got spinning and well, now she has the shell and a back pack for after. Stitched it in with Pink raven 10 pound line i had. As you can see, the test past. LOL

    Well the shell is done as far as poppy goes. There are stickers to be put on, but that fun I will leave for my little nija girl to do. The sword is glow in the dark. I thought that was a cool saftey feature. Her dad can just shine a flash light on it through out the night to keep it glowing. Ya, some do find me handy. LOL

    The two brothers I spoke of, they would make different wines. I would HAVE to sample. I would get them going. Ok I need to try them again, and again. By the time I was well, wined out, I told them both they were good. Then the argueing started again. Mo wine please. LOL There was one thing we all aggreed on though. They both made great Grappa. Now thats a moon shine. Store bought had nothing on these guys. Smooth as silk going down. But when you have food like this, Im happy. Albert, that salami is the boom. If I am not mistaken, would it be a Sopressata take? YUMMMMMMMY. Just enough heat to it. A little snack before dinner. MOLTO BENE.

    Joe, as for the cod, I like to bake it in the oven or on the bbq wrapped in tin foil. I like to put fresh thin slices of lemon on it and fresh dill , salt/pepper to taste. Served with rice of choice. Bake til flaky. Please do not over cook it. It should be moist. Just like smelts.
