Whatever you do, make sure you get something that shows you things happening in "Realtime" If you get a flahser that's great. If you get a LCD make sure it has a "Real Time " feature. Cause the LCD has few second delay before it shows the fish on the screen that's why you need a fish finder that has a "Real Time Feature". This is the model I have. Its portable and has the Real Time feature also. So you get see the fish on the screen and also a flasher on the far right side where you see the depth makrkings. The depth marking is where the flasher is. Fish will appear here then it will show on the screen. Its on for $209 at Lebarons. Saw it yesterday. Thats if you go this route. You got time til softwater so browse. dsn

That happened to my brother van just last week Thursday!! The thing wouldn't turn over. After a few tries its dies. Then he hooks up the Canadian Tire Eliminator Booster Pac to the battery and it starts fine. But after he disconnects the booster pack while the van is running , things were still ok. Until he drove it a few feet and the van died again. So we got a new battery and it is working fine now. dsn

I have been in constant prayer for 3 days for the windows of Heaven to open up. And finally the message I heard this morning... "The windows of heaven are open!!" . Great ready for the weather we are going to get. Snow and 1-2 inches of Sleet coming for Monday and in the evening its going to be -14 that should seal in all the sleet and the ice should start!! I don't check the weather network for the weather they have let me down many moons. I go to Accu Weather they make me smile. Take a look at the long range night temps from sunday night. Long Range For Simcoe County

I'm with Telus but I'm usually in the GTA area and as far North I go is Orillia and East is out to Peterborough. My reception is great never had any problems except for the corridors where there is no service. But this might be a use to you. It's the coverage map of service providers and shows how strong of a connection they have in certain coverage areas. Cell Phone Coverage Areas From Service Providers. Hope this helps. I don't see telus in this coverage though. dsn

ok here's the other three. This guy seems to hate his picture taking. I noticed that with the monkeys too when I was at the zoo. I go straight up to the glass and just as I get ready to snap the shot they quickly turn away. . So I go over to the other side where they are facing and get ready to snap the shot. They turn back to the other side where I started from. So I try again at the side I started from again. Finally got the image focused and just as the finger goes down to take the shot... guest what happends? Yep they turn to the other side again. So in order for me to take these shots I had to run from one side and fake the shot and quickly run back to the other side and snap the pic quickly. Are they photo shy or they hate their pictures taken? But they sure know what seems to take place when some sticks something up to the glass. I had to do some exercise for you Pam.They made me sweat for them dsn
