Not to sure but I'd guess yeah. I made a deal with the MGR here at my store on mine as someone took the trays so all I was getting was the bag. I had a bunch of trays so not worried. He tried to give me more trays and I said no it's fine so I got it for the sale price plus the 'cost' off for a pack of trays.

Welcome to the site Doug. I have never fished the area you are talking about but a jig and grub may be the hot ticket. Others may swear by a worm harness. Good luck either way.

I got the same one last year when it went on sale at Can Tire as the base of my old one got a rip in the soft plastic bottom. The tool holder on the front it handy as you can take it off and clip it to you so your pliers are always handy

So yesterday evening and this evening I was able to get some fishing in (1hr 45min both times). Yesterday was better for numbers but today was better for the biggest fish. All and all here are the numbers. Yesterday 10x crappie landed, 1x blue gill and 2x rockbass. Today was 8x crappie, 1x RB and 1x BIG pumpkin seed. I think I'm finally starting to figure out crappie with soft plastics and I've never really targeted these fun little buggers. Most fish were all palm size and well, I'd never keep any that size. May try again Thurs is time and weather works in my favour...

I purchased minnows in the past and kept them alive in a tank. Just stay under the legal limit and good to go as long as you are not selling them. As for a rockbass, I'd rather be safe than sorry. If I cannot buy it legally at a bait shop or a pet store then I don't even think to try and play in any grey area or the laws.
