Very cool....i know that lake well...fish it every year... and many lakes past that lake. A trip like that is a success no matter how we look at it. Better fishing is had at the end of the lake, alot more structure. This year my dad say two moose walking the shore line while ice fishing at the far end. Some good specks in that lake too. Bummer about the fine. The CO's that work the park will do a lot more than walk into that lake. We have seen them in lakes 7-8km's in.

I alway preferred eyes up...found that even when using only a minnow if the bite was light the fish would always be taking the tail part of my minnow. I like the bigger trebles as well.

interesting the media is already questioning the goaltending. they were outshot 22-15 and two of the goals where on a 5 on 3. I think the media needs to stop using goaltending as an yearly question mark.

Bring some 3/4oz cleos in red, and chuck them off the mouths of the rivers between the Soo and Wawa, you wont be disappointed. As for eats, the Best Northern just before you get into Wawa is really good.

And you have no problem with tangles or the shark not tracking properly?

when you use the sharks, is the line release just above the ball or at the fin of the ball?

I need a couple new downrigger balls and am looking at the Shark and Ridgeback. Has anyone used them, or are running them. Either good or bad comments are appreciated. Thanks
