  9. I'm heading to a cottage with my folks next week and looking for info on bird lake east of Bracebridge. What kind of species exist on the lake? Hoping for bass, pickerel and pike. If anyone's got some info or advice please pm me as this is my first trip to this lake. Hoping to borrow my buds sonar and strap it to the canoe to find some structure and get into some fish with the old man. Thanks in advance everyone. I'll have a report if I can figure this lake out... Corn Nug

  17. Awesome report. Looks like a great spot you've found there. Beautiful view of the river from the deck. Must have made for some great nights hearing that river running in the background as you fall asleep. Nice pickerel too! Corn Nug
  18. Just picked up the guitar for the first time in a month or two. Checked the old tab site on the web I used and she's gone missing. Just wondering what are some of the tab sites you guys frequent. Thanks. Corn Nug
  19. That was awesome TJ. Thanks! Corn Nug
  20. This years opener in the park I ran 10lb PP, mostly for abraision purposes. We fished for specks on one of the clearest lakes I've seen in my life. Line visibility didn't seem to bug them one bit. Although they were probably hitting the feed bag pretty hard and might be a little more picky now that they've had their early spring buffet. Good luck dude. Corn Nug
  21. Nice report as usual JB. Nice pickerel! Corn Nug
  22. Welcome to the board Gregger. Corn Nug
  23. Power Pro. Well worth the extra cash you wouldn't spend buying mono. You no longer need to use leaders when running this line. Great product. Corn Nug
  24. After nursing myself back to health from a self inflicted hangover from last nights hooliganism I decided to head out and look for some pike at my local spot. My father and I will be fishing there early tomorrow and I wanted to confirm they were in the locations we were planning on targeting. Took several casts with the usual suspects...mepps spinners, xraps, etc. After washing a few of those I swithced up to a fire tiger lil cleo and hooked the one and only fish of the evening. Nice night out and I'm feeling much better now. Corn Nug
  25. Smart kids you got there bud. Very nice father's day gift for an outdoorsman. Corn Nug
