First to Ron sorry about the wake up call Wayne this is a great reminder that life is way to short and its kinda funny as my sister and I have been talking more due to dads health. Not that we dont like each other just two different lives. Nice to see all of your family around the table and also great to see that I can use this photo as my backup when my kids are older and make sure they know the KIDS table is still in effect. P.S. it can not be that long of a flight over to PQ to get some beers after the kids leave.

I heard it starts at 8am but I will not be getting out for it if I were only 2 hours closer it would be worth the drive in and head home again hope everyone has a great time.

Dang this is sleep in time here but when you get up all week for 3-4am it makes it hard to sleep in. I do get more done before am then the rest of the day no one else up to slow me down other then OFC LOL.

I will be working on making baits here at home but taking Friday night off for the truck race Saturday night off for the Nationwide race and Sunday afternoon off for the Cup race. Depending on how they go I might just be back here working again or if I can find them on line I will listen and watch whale making baits.

I want to go on the 21st but could not due to work then I heard its Family day that would be very cool if I get the day off and the family can make the trip. Should be a great time The 2011 Muskie Master Angler Seminar will start at 8 am in Hall 5, Aviation Room A. With some great speakers Gord, Pete and Big Jim to attend.

I have a compre and they are a nice rod I have it with a abu BG7000 which is a large reel I would think that the others have suggested a great rod/reel combo.

I dont know why they made these changes so fast LET EM RACE first then make changes at least the duels this week but to make these changes after the shoot out was to quick IMO.

Pm returned I dont usually use minnows or worms but know alot of people like to have the live bait and chubbs work amazing on them tea stained waters I just thought that was a question some others might like to know the answer to. As for Eye's I just like a jig head with mustard color or motor oil colored twister tails.

Well that was a different Daytona race it should be interesting to see how it will work when there are 43 cars out there for 500 miles. Anyhoo I just thought it was great to see Kyle wreck out the first race of the season I can only hope for 36 more LOL. I did find it funny how he did not bash Mark for putting him into the wall is this a different Kyle this year??? Or him just knowing that you dont bash Mark as he is not one who would do this on purpose? I was just sitting here making some lures and thinking about the race and wondered what everyone else here thought about it?

If I only had the time and $$$ to do it that would be a great trip for sure. I hope everyone that can make this trip takes advantage of it. One other thing is there anywhere for guys to trap there own minnows when they are up there or does he have traps set for guys to just go and re bait daily? that way there is always bait for the Walleye guys?

Very good on ya my wife loves to fish and has since she was a little girl. I am also lucky as my daughter is hooked on camping fishing and boating there is nothing better then having a family that all love to get out fishing it sure does make the summer go by better. It also helps me to get out fishing as much as possible in the fall as my wife can not stand the cold but she knows how much I love to get out and what relief from the stress of the real world it brings so I never have to explain why I need to get out fishing. Keep up the positive preaching for this great sport and dont waist your time with the ones who dont understand it leaves more room on the banks and less boats on the water to be driving around doing nothing

Dang I hate these posts it sure does make me wish I lived alot closer so I could get out for some of these trips I get the invites but the 5 hours each way to fish the day is a little much when its not musky fishing

Been a long off season but the wife got her fix big time we went to see Michael Waltrip's Comedy Garage it was great the comedians Henry Cho and John Reep were the main show and Michael was the intro guy this was there second show and was great. The best part for the wife was getting to meet her favorite driver Michael Well in about a hour the season gets kicked off I am getting ready.

SIS just post on this little board the date and time and I bet there will be alot of people in that area by accident.

LOL now that would be priceless if there was 100+ of us standing there with our YELLOW jackets on and pics of Dan for him to sign. I will take the drive from Chatham just to do that for sure heck I guess we could have a lure for Dan to sign the girls could be crying and shaking when they meet ya Dan.
