  1. Worn 3 times. New condition. $200 firm.
  2. Drifter, processor speaking, you wont find a better box than the Nvidia Shield TV. Its the only REAL Android box out there that will actually update KODI on its own properly. It is pricier than any box out there, but spend the money once, and wisely. Ive had mine going on 2 years now. Flawless as it was on day one. Do the research, youll thank me for it! Ive tested quite a few boxes out there. None touch this one. ENJOY!!!
  3. Fantastic info guys. I'll be doing some calling. I never really thought of how quick the bookings could get eaten up. If not this year, definitely next. Thanks to all that replied.
  4. Tossing the idea around to renting an ice bungalow for a wknd with a few guys/young lads. Just wondering if anyone here can make the decision on an outfitter a little easier. Any suggestions on a place up and around the Nippising waters? Also, maybe a few tips on making the wknd memorable and/or comfortable for the group.
  5. Used once, have original box still. $100 firm.
  6. Find any heavy truck dealership, ask for battery to battery jumper cables. Pre-made and already the perfect length. Also come in black and red to easily distinguish. (I'm knowingly saying this, only cuz my dealership sells them)
  7. Don't you have Kodi? If so, Sportsdevil would have a stream for sure.
  8. From what I've seen from Marine mechanics, make sure they're reputable, otherwise, they'll ALL be happy to take your cash for a less than par service.
  9. My pleasure John. Anything to help aid or persuade your wife's decision. Lol I enjoyed the visit, and as we discussed, I hope to be wetting lines on Simcoe with you, in the near future . I will however apologize once again for Bears "treat" he left behind. Dogs will be dogs. Ciao for now
  10. Totally agree with you. Although I am starting to show interest in the Belgian Malinois lately, I think when it comes down to getting another pooch, I'll most likely revert back to my bordoodle. Good luck in your quest. And if you ever wanted to see my dog, I'm in Woodbridge once in a while visiting family. (This weekend actually)
  11. I know you mentioned the golden or labradoodle, but I'm gonna pipe in with my guy. He's currently 7 years old, but he's a bordoodle. Border collie poodle mix. Aside from a few ear infections when he was a few years old, I've had zero problems with him. High energy, playful, awesome with kids, and loyal. Just offering a different option that I think would serve you just as well as the 2 other breeds.
  12. ^^^ what they said. Wow.... Im not gonna lie, that made my eyes tear up a little.
  13. I just can't believe this thread about cops finding a members vehicle got 145 replies, and 8 pages worth!!!! But hey, this is what makes a forum entertaining to read I guess!!! Dan, hope it all works out in your favour buddy!!! And I gotta say, the horn interlock is a sweet idea!!!! Got my mind racing for ideas now.
  14. Lol, the "shoreline GPS" model. I laughed in my mind of course, every time I was out on "old schoolers" boats, and watch them align their boats with certain landmarks. Made for a good chuckle each time. Then, the best part was if they'd catch fish, they'd claim "BINGO! I told you this spot always produces". Meanwhile, we've drifted 400 yards from their proclaimed honey hole.
  15. Great thread Cliff.... although I like to believe I can read my units, I'm probably way off, so this is a great thread for guys like myself, to jump in and check out. I could see things that are new to me, old to me, and frankly, things I've never known about. Looking forward to this one. Maybe one day Cliff, I should have you in my tinny, for a tutorial!
  16. I find for the Simcoe area, after ice out is a key time, BUT, don't quote me on this, water temp is another key factor(55 degrees rings a bell). I've found my luck in several marinas after ice out. It's been a few years now, but when I did find them, they were plentiful and large. 1/8 salted tubes did the trick.
  17. Is a "saddle tee" not an option? I used one running drain from a sink I installed in my garage. Worked fantastic. Try Canadian Tire. I know my Home Depot didn't carry them. https://www.amazon.ca/Oatey-43791-Saddle-4-Inch-2-Inch/dp/B000BQY7NY
  18. My worst ever fear of dying...... I don't care for anything here except for the fact that all the lives were saved. After that, I do commend the operator for implementing the safety measures required for such an unfortunate catastrophe.
  19. Some crazy info on steel here. Love it! Dan, a suggestion of sorts. When making my spud, I went a little further, and made it a 2 piece setup. The lower piece being 3/4* solid round bar welded to a piece of sharpened leaf spring blade. The top, being tubing, which I welded the nut into. At the top, I welded a larger lock washer in which I tied my rope tether to. More of a time killer for me at work, as I too, rarely head out onto sketchy ice.
  20. Buddy said it himself, and I'd have to agree... "Very INTERESTING, but yet, useless information.
  21. Regarding the parking issue, that's going to be 100% true. I fished there this year for the first time in years, and cars were jammed everywhere. I was fortunate enough to be the sole vehicle parked on a little mound of grass with a tree on it, leaving room for only one vehicle. Hope for the best in the years to come, from this lovely "Little Lake". It holds memories for MANY people.
  22. Pretty much nailed it with that comment. I totally agree. Its when you make the jump to thermals, is when you're stepping it up, and then, hear various different opinions.
  23. Fantastic! Awesome news!!! It's amazing how something like this, can wreak havoc on a person over time!
  24. im using their larger model, no issues.
