  1. Zero editing, actually took this with my Samsung S8+ off PH in Sept.
  2. Muskoka has some big walleye! Nice fish!
  3. Hamilton? He's a cancer. No thank you.
  4. This is the guy you pair with Jake. He's absolutely not a replacement, lol.
  5. I think the OP needs a 7ft medium power spinning rod, 15lb braid, 2500 series reel and perhaps some 8-15lb flouro leads. I doubt he'll be punching thick matts with a pool cue rod and 2oz jigs. Figuring out where'/when/how you're going to fish will have a huge impact on the tackle/equipment you'll be using.
  6. Bigger screen is not always better, definitely have to keep an eye on resolution if you want to fit more info into that big screen. Although when it comes to SI and the such, the more screen the better.
  7. Got any pics of that setup? Sounds interesting.
  8. Lots of them in GPool.
  9. JB Bushey would be a guide I'd recommend in the Parry Sound area for early season pike. No bass fishing though, still closed until 4th Sat in June.
  10. We really need a FAQ.
  11. Buying used makes even more sense these days. Who's got 60k for a boat? Although I'd guess most people are paying a nice financing rate on top of that. Insane.
  12. Roenick still thinking he's relevant.
  13. Is that thing on a rope? Jesus...
  14. They all work. Just depends on what the fish want that day
  15. Auto stow/deploy is a slick feature.
  16. They make some good sticks and the price is definitely right.
  17. Which is why I suggested link just for the fact that you can control it from the Bird. Easiest way to do it is just to drop two waypoints on the HB and go back and forth between them. More then a few ways to skin a cat Would be nice if you could follow the contours on the Navionics chips, because the Lakemaster coverage for Canada is garbage. Although no maps for this specific lake anyhow.
  18. Google Photos and never have this problem again. I set the hook on a bass this summer on GPool, I was standing on the back casting deck of a buddies boat and off go my Maui Jims. Spent 20 mins looking and couldn't find them. Dropped a waypoint and came back at the end of the day. Spent 5 mins and what do you know, I ended up scooping them up with the net! Best catch of the day.
  19. No need to go expensive on a hardware rod. A Raven or even a Shimano Clarus will suit you just fine.
  20. You definitely want Link especially when creating tracks on the HB. I control the Terrova from the HB for the most part. Create track, and just get the boat to go back and froth between two points continuously at a certain speed. Nice to be hands off when making cast after cast after cast.
  21. North Caribou Lake would be one I'd put on the list for big pike and basically unlimited walleye.
  22. What are you going to use it for? Hardware? Float? Bottom bouncing?
  23. That's all dependent on what you're fishing for. Sometimes I'm looking for rock piles/weed edges.. Sometimes I'm looking for active fish (Fall suspended smallies or lakers are a perfect example)
  24. Didn't Limeyangler go down there and lay a beating on a bunch of fish? Unless I'm thinking of someone else?
