  1. Beteau Lake would be a good idea. Unlimited walleyes and big gators, can also fish for sturgeon if you want to. I fished it with a different outfitter back then but Gray Wolf I believe runs the camp now. Mike Borger would be the man to talk to for recommendations. You can find him on Facebook.
  2. Nice to hear from you bud!!!! I'm still trying to get Lew out in the boat
  3. Yeah, we've had a few days of winter and that's about it. I'm sure we're going to pay for it come late March/April when mother nature will show us the winter we were supposed to have.
  4. Gbay, almost 40in on the tape. Actually my biggest GBay laker, lol! She was a giant!
  5. Find a neck down or something similar. I wouldn't fish deeper than say 5-10ft down. Any rainbows I've caught through the ice have always been in the top 10 feet no matter the depth of water.
  6. No, still tonnes of open water around here to fish.
  7. Now I wanna go baby tarpon fishing.
  8. It's basically AliExpress. I wouldn't buy anything with any sort of value from there (Fishfinders, etc)
  9. We aren't used to complete sentences here with proper grammar
  10. Here's your manual. http://download.brunswick-marine.com/filereader/file/pdf/4/enen/outboard/2006/4-stroke/10254r70.pdf
  11. You're one of the best Brian! Well deserved bud!
  12. Getting your booze flown in beforehand is a really great option
  13. All I'd bring on a fly-in would be a Helix 5 and a suction cup transducer. Even if that. If I'm fishing spring pike, no electronics needed. Do all my work on Google Maps beforehand.
  14. I think mine was named Christina LOL!
  15. I should have been out chasing muskie yesterday.
  16. Won't find anyone better with Lowrance.
  17. Yup, definitely no laker fishing after Sept 30th up here We got that pike 14 down over probably 40ft but off a really steep shoreline on a 13in grandma. That bait has always been dynamite for me.
  18. Whitefish, ciscos, shad, probably a few random lakers tossed in the mix.. Lots and lots of bait.
  19. Not many days like this left this year so I decided to get the oldman out for a little troll. Timing the cisco spawn is real tough lol! Was out a few weeks ago and water was 50, today you can see it's 44 (a bit cooler out in the big water) No muskie today but the oldman got into a real nice gator. Fantastic few hours out on the water.
