  1. Took this out on Lake O.. Thank the city of Toronto for the smog, lol!
  2. Sweet bass machine!!
  3. I can tell, it's an Atlantic caught with egg sacks.
  4. Catt's at 846, I don't think it's going to fish until early next week (as long as they don't get anymore rain)
  5. I wouldn't be bringing something like that out on Simcoe if you plan on running and gunning for whities.. You'd spend more time putting it up and breaking it out than fishing.
  6. Roy is always the voice of reason I'm glad we've got you around Sir Roy!
  7. 'Out torquing' is the wrong word to use.. There's a reason why a direct injected 2 stroke will usually out accelerate a typical 4 stroke engine.... It's the fact that the direct injected 2-stroke has almost instantaneous on demand power due to the design of the fuel system that makes them get up and go so quickly.
  8. They are great in certain applications. Meeting emission regulations is not one of them, lol.
  9. I'm guessing you're talking north shore, because alot of the southern shore Lake E tribs clear super fast.
  10. On shore and in my pontoon.
  11. Lots of chrome will be banked!
  12. Neither, buy a Yamaha :)
  13. Flouro for mainline is garbage if you ask me, for leader no issues.
  14. Bigger screen is always better. What kind of price difference are we talking?
  15. Sounds like you need a heavier rig.
  16. Very nice man! I need to get out on the bay for rainbows in the spring! I've also heard the whitie bite is decent out there as well.
  17. Mike, you definitely don't want to stack shot on the Nanofil.
  18. Bought our Lund off Craigslist in the US. Zero issues.
  19. I love the west coast of Florida for exactly that. Lots and lots of beach fishing, great deep sea and all kinds of stuff for the kids/wife to do... Clearwater area for sure!
  20. Yup, Nanofil rocks, been using it for a while now (I'm surprised Mike turned to the dark side, lol!!) I find that after a while the first 6-8ft or so will start to absorb water and start to sink. Just cut that off and you should be golden when the cold weather gets here. I know it doesn't retain water like FC does... I use 6lb Nanofil, it's like dental floss and casts a mile!
  21. Check out the Sony TX-10 as well. Reviews put it higher then the Lumix TS3 (Which I found surprising)
  22. I've sold lots on Kijiji, no issues at all (except a few flakers)
  23. There's no doubt in anyone minds that a 60.5 x 29.5 is a 60lb class fish, just how far into the 60lb range we'll never know. I wonder if that old girl still spawns successfully?
  24. Good job man!
  25. Dude, you gotta love those guys down there. Up here no one says a thing (for the most part) down there I'm always making best friends 5mins after I step into the river, lol!!!
