I don't think Henry is the one putting the packages together. Of course it's put together that way to make it more pleasing to the eye, every industry is guilty of this type of marketing. I don't think Henry would ever let a customer out the door knowing that the boat he sold them, knowing it's intended use was critically underpowered.

I'm sure it's a lot cheaper for Tim Hortons to run a single size in the US and Canada. They've had these monster cups in NY for as long as I can remember. Anytime Mike and I would go fish some NY tribs, I'd always forget, order a XL and shake my head when it's handed to me through the window, lol.

I think the best suit out there is the Mustang Integrity HX. It's also the most expensive. I had to sell mine because it was a bit short and replaced it with a Helly Hanson.

I haven't had many fish streaking almost vertically off bottom NOT hit, if they didn't a quick drop and rip would get them. Those other fish that come up casually, take a sniff then go back down are most likely whities or herring or really REALLY lazy lakers, lol

All those lookers were herring If the lakers see it, they usually smoke it (At least they have been for me this year) I'd be very careful out there with the weather we had yesterday and the forecast for the rest of the week.

I had the PIR32M out for lakers the other day and it did an ok job. I wouldn't mind something with a bit more back bone and faster action for jigging however. That's why I'm going to check out the PIR36H... The reel seat is a nice addition as well, just another thing you don't have to worry about.

Like I said, until you've been there it's pretty easy to sit behind a computer screen and judge them.
