  1. That rig is going to be over 1700lbs if you're including the trailer...
  2. The east is going to get it, I wouldn't be going anywhere...
  3. I wouldn't be going anywhere today if it wasn't necessary.
  4. Even though I'm not a huge fan of Clarkson, I think he has had some bad luck, same with Bolland. As far as Naz and Jake are concerned, they wouldn't be going anywhere. That Rielly/Gardiner combo will be one of the best Toronto has in the coming years..
  5. For $400 I'd be fishing the flats for reds, snook and whatever else if out there. Just something else for you to consider
  6. They aren't free failing and if you've got the clutch adjusted that badly that they are just flying off the spool, you're going to have issues. They go down about as fast as any other rigger. Where they shine is when you're bringing them back up.
  7. Adam, I can step you through any fuel filter change on a TDI (Or anything else to do with that engine to be honest) It's a $25 part and takes about 5mins.. I've also got a bunch of TDI related vendors you can get parts from instead of getting bent over by the dealer.
  8. 400SB is closed.
  9. His mistake was not to send that 4lbr back down to the bottom of the lake, lol.
  10. You still gotta get up and reel in or let out all that line... I don't see the point.
  11. Photobucket.com....create free account....upload your photos......copy the IMG tags beside those photos....paste IMG tags into thread.
  12. Easiest is to use a free site like Photobucket and copy the IMG tags into your post.
  13. Browns will destroy anything, especially a giant streamer ripped across the surface
  14. I still think a big walker is the easiest way to get small baits down.... If you want to be stealthy just run a longer lead.
  15. If you aren't buying a new reel, not a cent.
  16. I forgot to mention we had some old BigJon manuals on the boat when we lived in St.Catharines years ago... Awesome awesome little riggers, very easy to bring up from the depths (Even for a 10 year old, lol)
  17. I need to start fishing in Florida more.
  18. Magic eraser works great on dirty cork.
  19. Scotty.. Canadian made, zero issues with the pair of 1116's I've got on our boat.
  20. Really enjoying the HB 898HD SI I picked up last season, especially paired with I-Pilot Link... Boat control on a whole different level.
  21. Sedona out of that list.
  22. Paul, sounds like some auxiliary lighting might also pay for itself in the long run.
  23. Also might wanna check out the Shimano Clarus steelhead rods as well. Price will be quite a bit cheaper then both the St.Croix and the Avid. I use a cheap Convergence for salmon, it's a meat stick and hasn't failed me yet.
  24. I guess not, lol!
