Good thread! I have a question regarding snow tires.... When to put them on!?! Too early and your tread life is reduced.... Too late and your driving on marbles.... Anyone have a time or method they use when to put em on? I live in the Quinte region, I was thinking Nov. 1st.... I'm sure there are some theories out there when to swap.... I'm all ears. G

I'll be honest, as I don't really care.... I voted Green this election. I read the Greens platform which was available weeks before the other parties.... And I agreed with a lot of it! I was unable to connect with blue, red or orange... Policies, platforms or leader.... None of them won my vote. Judging by many on here seems I'm not alone. Have I wasted my vote? No I dont think I have. I have told the big three, I won't take your negative tax and take attack politics... I have done my duty, and said stuff it to the big three..... It may not mean much in the grand scheme..... But I think many many others are feeling the same way. The big three are afraid of the Greens imho..... Why else deny them access to participate in debates? Because their policies make some sense!?! Off my soap box.

I'm serving it with a Parisian bread loaf, and some more tomato cucumber feta Greek salad I have a lot of tomatoes to use up and I love this salad..

I have already voted. What really grinds my gears, is somehow we can spend hundreds of thousands to fight TWO women refusing to remove their niqab at citizenship ceremonies but there is no money/will to inquire about the TWELVE HUNDRED, missing and or murdered native women..... I fear for my family and friends that used to work for Stelco, now US steel Canada.... Us steel feels they should not be legally obliged to pay pensioners their pensions or benefits. Do what we did.... Ditch the home phone, go cell only..... Pay the 2 bucks to have your number unlisted. Sleep soundly, Profit! I have yet to get an unsolicited phone call in 3 years with Rogers.... That said if you do business with a company and give them your number, they can call you. As can charitable organizations you have donated too and provided a number etc. G

Not much to add to what has already been suggested here... I have had several large tanks in the past. Keep the water cool and you be alright. Chris, not technically illegal however they do count towards your limits. Its the transporting that is an offense. I had pike and sunfish, bluegill and bass. The pike was by far the coolest to watch G

Had this happen to a guy I knew years ago..... Turns out he was scamming the company we were working for..... A credit card scam. The Russians didn't take to lightly of their gravy train being at its last stop. On ramp to the 403 at the LINC in Ancaster. Both front wheels fell off... He was arrested shortly there after. People can and will do crazy things. Get locking wheel nuts. Two per wheel. G

Odd subject.... As it is something I have experienced often lately. That and severe anxiety... Haven't really had these issues before, or haven't addressed them. But they are there now. I've seen a doc regarding the anxiety, and am now taking meds to deal with it. But they don't stop the dreams. It's the subconcience mind connecting with conscience mind.... Putting two and two together... Still freaky as heck! Happens more often then not now....... Sleep is difficult. G
