Ok, this shouldn't even be an issue... Kwan caught the fish, and brought it home to consume it, not raise it in a fish tank. Who hasn't brought home a cooler with perch and ice to find that they are still alive when they are in the sink? Do you really think a CO will do anything about this??? I personally respect the law however this a "grey area" where no one will be prosecuted if found with live fish packed in ice for transportation. If the fish was being housed in water with an aerator, that would be grounds for an legit charge based on the outlined rules for transporting live fish. Jesus Christ people on this board need to grow some walnuts, and not be so conservative.

Note to self: Don't fish there ever.

That really sucks dude.

That's it I'm buying a Yami or Honda for sure !! Almost got sucked in the Polaris trap!

Don't know about the Reddington Waders, but the BPS White River breathables are quite good for the price... If you want to updgrade and buy a pair of waders to last you several years spend the cash and get a pair of Simms or check out the new Bare Waders that are coming out shortly...

Fluorocarbon Comparison test by Brand
perchslayer666 replied to bassfighter's topic in General Discussion
Despite all the various brands out there for leader material, the best flouro I have found is either P-Line Halo or Trilene Professional grade. I exclusively use the Trilene pro grade for leaders when float fishing for Steelies, very strong, abrasion resistant and inexpensive. I don't bother with IGFA rated Flouro lines - too weak and usually more expensive. As for the pinnicle of Flouro lines out there I wouldn't mind giving that Diawa Toray line a try ($40 for 250 yds) -
Nice truck dude, congrats. I would do the usual maintenance on a truck like that and forget about any of the accessory upgrades - cold air intake, exhaust ect.... Trucks are expensive to run and maintain, especially a 10 year old F-150 which may or may not have problems begin to show up on you... How long do you intend to drive this? Keep it running good, and it won't be too much of a money pit - hopefully.

Sorry El Roy-o, I'll put a disclaimer on my next post that states: "Language in this post may not be fully understood by computer buffs from the 1920's"

Lol!!! Take it easy there princess... Looks like even you can be duped for some good hearted sarcasm. Perhaps we're talking about a different Angus, when I went there everyone except for me was sitting on their duff plunking the deep holes, I was just explaining what a local told me about the area and how a majority of people fish it. For all I know, you could hook on to Steel with your Sponge Bob square pants rod and reel, that doesn't make it superior to other ways of fishing that area. You're a horrible OFC fishing board bully.

#1 Blueberry #2 Cherry #3 Pumpkin Not Pies: * Cheesecake (gross) * Rhubarb is not a pie ingredient * Any "pie" you have to put in the microwave.

Go down to Angus, everybody fishes on bottom due to the non-existant current up there. I went there with my pin gear and a friendly local told me the right way to fish this area. Sometime bottom bouncinh is the only way to go. BillM your steelhead elietist mentality is a major fail. Stick to flossing your teeth.

Wow, nice stir fry Walleye - I have to try that out this year!!! Lots of people don't do this but, if you boil up the bones and head you get a real nice fish broth that can be used for soups and chowders, why let it go to waste? Were those samllies wormy? -
Wow! Looks incredible.

What a bunch of loooossseerssss!!! What a tough life to live, getting paid large to toy around cars all day, not to mention sweeeet benefits... Fire them all. This is very irritating to see, I'm glad this news station is doing these types of reports, exposing morons that have no idea of how lucky they are to be working in the auto industry in the USA. On another note, I found it quite funny that they can buy, chug beers, and blaze it down and be back at work in 1/2 hours... Hardcore to say the least. These guys must be great to party with. -
I like my eggs to be rotten and stinky, especially for fall Steelies... Your welcome for the tip.

It's only a $60 reel, who cares if the parts are hard to find? I would be more concerned about the warranty, since you didn't buy it from a retailer how are you going to get an exchange, or repaired if something is defective with it?
