  1. He might be thinking of a past member that was banned for being highly offensive named "The Maverick" his time was short. I can guarantee everyone here that you are not him. lol Art

  5. It is kind of deceptive the flats boats have low gunnels but loaded with flotation. However they are maxed out with that load in the front. If they spread back out they draft very little on and off plane. Art
  6. The way I see it you beat second place by 2 oz. Art
  7. I prefer to stick with name brand tires. The quality control and the ability to hold a company accountable has a value in itself. It seems all of my vehicles have some kind of special tires ranging from load range E to runflat tires. While this in itself drives up the price of the tire they all have been pressed above and beyond there duty and have passed all of the trials I have thrown at here. Art
  8. I'm thinking a mask bud lol Art
  9. last boat I sold I spent 3 hours going over the boat with the new owners explaining all of the quirks that had showed up in the past. We went over the as is sold contract and answered any questions he had as to what AS IS means. We squared up on the price and I returned $100.00 to him towards any items that I did not know about. This follows two basic rules of selling something Get the terms in writing and the correct price is the one where both parties are happy. BTW the boat is still running like a champ and we fish together regularly. best of luck Art

  12. Given my druthers I choose saltwater every chance I get. I have fished in both waters and since a bass caught in Canada feels like a bass caught in Florida it makes the saltwater more appealing when you get the chance. Shark fishing is an excellent trip to take and the only thing better is one after dark. I have had many a good night fishing for sharks and when the reel is screaming and the line disappears into the water you don't know what you have till it is brought into the light. That is a fun time for sure. Art
  13. I used to be a Nissan guy but I had a warrentee issue that they did not resolve and I feel the company is morally bankrupt. I do like the vehicles but without a company that will do the right thing I can't take the chance. Art
