  6. Your a good man and a good sport. Please PM me your address. Thanks, Phil
  7. I got mine in 2000 I think. The only thing I remember getting out of the whole testing was a date with one of the girls. Oh, and a trick for remembering what side Port is as it has four letters like Left.
  8. A huge time saver for me, especially fishing new water is to pick my spots/areas before I even leave the house. I will pull up the maps of the lake and mark the areas I want to try. This saves bouncing in the middle of the lake wondering, hmm, where do we go try now. I have a game plan before I hit the water, switch things up here and there depending on weather for example, but stick to the game plan. Works for me.
  9. I dunno. I am liking it Dan. Can I use it.
  10. Need a picture of someone kissing a fish I can use for eTackle.ca The ones I took did not turn out (too much tongue) It would be appreciated. Thanks.

  13. Love that lake. Popper, senko style bait, topwater frog, Jig(flipping would be mine)or soft plastic rig, and a camera.
  14. We were in a boat fishing just outside their casting range the other night, there was a ton of guys on the pier. When there was a lull we would watch the light show as they hauled on their smokes. Almost like it went with the music. Those who have been out there will know what I mean
  15. Very nice fish and very nice set up!
  16. I'll fire ya a PM today Sinker. There maybe a fee though, like a crack or two and some setters...
  17. Terry, just something to ponder. HT has a new product coming called Polar Fire Outerwear. I am a little rushed right now to find the link but you may find something if you google it. I'll have it stock at etackle.ca soon as well as alot of their other products. I head up to Simcoe ALOT in the fall, so maybe we could meet and I can show it to you.
  18. Happy Bday sir, I've met Joey, you've got everything you need. Cheers!
  19. Sure do, as Jimmer touched on above. With out seeing the water you are talking about I would start with a search bait, something you can cover various parts of the water column, I'd probably say a spinnerbait or crank bait. Look for weedbeds, especially isolated ones that are surrounded by hard bottom and no weeds. There is a good chance any largies will be sitting in or on the edge of these weedbeds. Once you find one, slow down and try some of the baits mentioned in the above posts. Another area I like to fish is stump/wood feilds on shield lakes. Hit those early morning with a topwater(frog, popper etc)until the sun gets up high. Good Luck
  20. HA! Cutie patootie! Nice fish sir. I have fished buckhorn alot and weighed in some pretty good smallies in T's over the years but no 6lber, actually, don't think I have got a 5 smallie on buckhorn yet. Maybe this emerald ilse. What type water did it come from? EHG got a nice Tri-lake smallie too a while ago he posted here. Beauty Buckhorn Brownie Bud.
  21. Speaking of fire, our local Chineese food joint here in Bowmanville went up in smoke yesterday. Rumour is some MSG leaked into Bowmanville creek, but all is ok as I heard the bite really turned on about an hour so later.
