Great report Mike, Paul and I had a fabulous time, even tho the fish weren't very cooperative. But that's not really what the G2G is all about is it, its about fishing with friends and seeing fellow fishermen you don't get to see that often. Dinner at JJ's was great, that steak really was cooked to perfection, and the service was excellent. Great company and great food, what more could you ask for. I only have two pictures because for the first time I left me camera at home. I thought that was a good sign for catching a monster, but I guess that is not a true omen Here they are. Roy has a few on his camera, unfortunately none of them have fish in them. We did actually catch that one fish and a lamprey, but before I could net the lamprey, he swam off like a shot. Lucky for him because that was going to be his last day on this earth Looking forward to next year already. Joey

Okay, so now I'm back at work after lunch, and as I mentioned, was cut off on my way home and my stuff went flying (no, not fishing stuff GBW ). So I only work 5 kms from home. Well on the way back, no word of a lie, 2, count them 2, people passed me and the line of cars I was following, in a school zone, in the middle lane to my left (the yellow merge/emergency lane), then in another instance a guy decided he didn't want to be in the left turning lane, he actually wanted to be in the right turning lane, and promptly cut across in front of everyone on a green light , then in another instance, a car in a left turning lane 3 blocks later was rear ended and the two were standing there arguing as they assessed the damages. Who is teaching these people how to drive?????? What if a child was hit in the school zone? I mean really, what could be so important you need to pass illegally there??? *shaking my head*

I just got cut off at lunch today, everything on my passenger front seat went flying. Wish people paid more attention is all I can say. Joey

So there's a new contest hosted by WFN called: "WFN's A Great Day for Fishing with Joe Mercurio Contest" I wonder if I could borrow a few votes from y'all. I'd love to go fishing with Joe down in Florida, sounds like it would be awesome.
