Sorry to hear the news Brian. Yes, we're all touched by this incidious disease at some point in our lives. My brother in Toronto was diagnosed with prostate cancer very recently and he was in for surgery yesterday. I should have some news today. My thoughts are with your aunt and your family, Bud.

Was great sharing a boat with you Mike. Yes, the weeds were everywhere and I'm not talking about bottom weeds. These were floating everywhere in the water column. We had a nice yak and it was a nice evening to be out. Sorry I couldn't put you on fish though. We'll get them next time. ps. Just to set the record straight, The beer we had was at the house after we got in.

They are handy for when you don't have a lot of space to work with but I think they are plastic also and I'd worry about the torque on the base. IMHO

Cliff, if you can lock on to an area holding pike, what you throw is irrelevant. That's a fact. There won't be too many in the actual tourney this year anyway. Most of the crew will be at Art's cottage watching the authorities draw chalk outlines. :-)

Cliff and Carole, the pike there (or anywhere else for that matter) hit anything that moves. You seem to have a good enough assortment to pull off a win at the tourney. See you up there.
